国际贸易实务上机实验报告(2)

实验目的:

学生在SIMTRADE外贸实习平台上进行国际货物买卖实务的具体操作,能很快掌握进出口的成本核算、询盘、发盘与还盘等各种基本技巧;熟悉国际贸易的物流、资金流与业务流的运作方式;切身体会到国际贸易中不同当事人面临的具体工作与他们之间的互动关系;学会外贸公司利用各种方式控制成本以达到利润最大化的思路;认识供求平衡、竞争等宏观经济现象,并且能够合理地加以利用。而此次给每位同学五种不同角色的分配旨在使学生在有限的实验时间里,很快熟悉国际贸易业务往来中以整套业务流程。使学生在实习中充分发挥主观能动性,真正理解并吸收课堂中所学到的知识,为将来走上工作岗位打下良好基础。

实验要求:

1.每位同学可扮演五种不同角色,与不同角色(也可和自己的五种角色)进行整体一个流程的业务往来,要求必须做1笔L/C+CIF的业务。

1.1 出口商、进口商之间的询盘、发盘、还盘、接受的往来函电,要求写英文函电。

1.2 出口商、工厂之间的询盘、发盘、还盘、接受的往来函电。

2. 出口商、进口商:签订1笔结算方式为L/C、贸易术语为CIF的外销合同,填写预算表,双方签字确认并开始履行合同。

3.进口商:申请开证。

4. 进口地银行:审核开证申请书,开信用证,通知出口地银行。

5. 出口地银行:对照合同审核信用证,通知出口商信用证已到。

6. 出口商:审证,若信用证有问题,可退回给进口商要求其重开。

7. 出口商:备货,按工厂接受的价格签买卖合同。

8. 工厂:确认买卖合同,组织生产,出货。

9. 出口商:制单,办理租船订舱、报检、保险、报关、出运、押汇事宜。

10. 出口地银行:审单,寄议付单据给进口地银行。

11. 进口地银行:审单,通知进口商赎单。

12. 进口商:付款赎单,办理进口报检、报关、提货、销货事宜。

13. 出口商:办理结汇、核销和退税事宜。

实验方法:

通过世格外贸软件SIM-TRADE外贸实习平台,每位同学可分别扮演五种角色,即进口商、出口商、进口地银行、出口地银行、工厂,且与各种角色进行业务往来,最终做成一笔L/C+CIF的国际贸易业务。

理论方法:国际贸易专业知识与世格外贸软件SIM-TRADE的在线帮助系统提供的各种知识;

实践方法:通过在SIM-TRADE系统中扮演不同角色,同时自己不同角色之间进行贸易洽谈与合作,力求体验与学习实际贸易环境中各个角色的工作。

实验过程:

公司的注册在以前的实验中已经完成,因此,本次实验,直接从贸易洽商开始。并且由于本次实验我扮演了出口商、进口商、工厂、出口地银行、进口地银行五个角色,因而,本次实验报告我将从这五种角色分别承担的工作角度来阐述我的实验过程。

We welcome you for your enquiry of our product. We are enclosing some copies our illustrated catalogues and a price list giving the details you asked for.

Thank you again for your interest in our products. We are looking forward to your order and you may be assured that it will receive our prompt and careful attention.

Dear Sirs:

We wish to thank you for your letter of the 20th inst. offering us the samples and the price list.

While appreciating the good quality of your shirts, we find your price is rather to high for the market we wish to supply.

We have also to point out that the Men’s shirts are available in our market from several European manufacturers, all of which are at price from 15% to 20% below yours

We have to ask you to consider if you can make reduction in your price, say 10%. You may thin it worthwhile to make a concession.

We await with keen interest your immediate reply.
