水龙头操作及维护保养规程1 范围本标准规定了水龙头的安装、操作及维护保养方法本标准适用于钻井队SL450系列、SL675系列水龙头的安装、操作及维护保养2 技术参数2.1 SL450系列水龙头主要技术参数型号SL450-5最大静负荷4500kN最高转速300rpm最高工作压力35MPa中心管内径φ75mm接头下端螺纹65/8″REG左旋鹅颈管中心线与垂线夹角15°2.2 SL675系列水龙头主要技术参数型号SL675最大静负荷6750kN最高转速300rpm最高工作压力52MPa中心管内径φ102mm接头下端螺纹85/8″REG LH外形尺寸:3775×1406×1240mm 重量:6923Kg4 安装及要求无5 操作步骤5.1 使用前的检查5.1.1 拧下油标尺,检查壳体内油质、油量是否符合要求。

5.1.2 检查各润滑点。

5.1.3 检查中心管,由一人施力于1m长的链钳手柄上时,能均匀地转动。

5.1.4检查上、下盘根盒压盖,连接内接头的螺母和接头是否上紧。

5.1.5检查是否漏油。

5.1.6检查气路连接是否正确,畅通。

5.1.7空气过滤器必须垂直安装。

5.1.8检查气控台,操作必须灵活、正反转符合要求。

5.1.9检查单向式摩擦盘离合器离合是否正常。

5.2 使用操作5.2.1 将气源截止阀打开。

5.2.2 根据旋扣需要操作正反转手柄,向前推反转,向后拉正转。

5.2.3 搬动开关手柄,向前推开,向后拉关。

5.2.4 水龙头马达禁止空载运转。

5.2.5 新水龙头或大修换负荷轴承的水龙头,由浅井使用至深井,运转过程中,观察运转是否平稳,有无异响,温度是否合适。

5.2.6 深井更换新水龙头或大修水龙头,必须按相关要求对水龙头分级加载进行磨合。

6 维护和保养6.1 例行保养(每班保养)6.1.1 检查水龙头体内的油质、油量,不符合要求时及时更换或补充。

6.1.2 检查水龙头提环销、冲管总成、上部和下部等部位的润滑情况,每班润滑一次。

同时,还作为高压泥浆输入钻具的通道。

并具有钻具的旋扣功能(但不起松﹑紧扣作用)。

SL两用水龙头具有较高的承载能力和良好的密封性能以及有足够大的旋扣扭矩特性。

Valve does not function (red light flashes when user steps in front of sensor).INDICATOR: Red light stops flashing when user steps away and valve makes a “clicking” sound but does not flush.A. No water is being supplied to the valve. Make certain that water supply is turned “ON” and the control stop is open.B. EL-128-A cartridge is fouled or jammed. Turn electronic power to valve “OFF” (failure to do so could result in damage to the sensor module). Remove the solenoid operator from the valve and remove the EL-128-A cartridge. Clean and/or repair as necessary.INDICATOR: The red light stops flashing when user steps away but the valve does NOT make a “clicking” sound and does NOT flush.A. EL-163-A solenoid shaft assembly is fouled or jammed. Turn electronic power to valve “OFF” (failure to do so could result in damage to the sensor module). Remove EL-101 or EL-166 nut from the solenoid operator. Remove the coil from the solenoid operator. Use a spanner wrench or pliers to remove the EL-163-A solenoid shaft assembly from valve. Clean and/or replace as necessary. Be sure to replace plunger spring when reassembling solenoid shaft assembly.INDICATOR: The red light flashes three (3) short flashes, three (3) long flashes then three (3) short flashes (“S-O-S”) and continues to repeat this cycle even when user steps out of the sensor’s detection range.A. EL-1500 sensor wiring connections are incorrect. Rewire sensor to valve. One solenoid lead connects to the “TO VALVE” connection on sensor. One transformer lead connects to the “24 VAC IN” connection on sensor. Second solenoid lead and second transformer lead connect together.B. Wiring to sensor is ground shorted. Find short in wiring circuit and correct.C. EL-165-2 solenoid coil is burnt out or coil is not connected to solenoid plunger shaft. Reinstall or replace coil as necessary.3. Volume of water is insufficient to adequately siphon fixture.A. Control stop is not open wide enough. Adjust control stop for desired water delivery.B. Low consumption unit is installed on water saver or conventional fixture. Replace diaphragm component parts of valve with kit that corresponds to appropriate flush volume of fixture.C. Inadequate water volume or pressure available from supply. Increase pressure or supply (flow rate) to the valve. Consult factory for assistance.4. Length of flush is too long (long flushing) or valve fails to shut off.A. Water saver valve is installed on low consumption fixture. Replace diaphragm component parts of valve with kit that corresponds to appropriate flush volume of fixture.B. Relief valve in diaphragm is not seated properly or bypass hole in diaphragm is clogged. Disassemble inside diaphragm component parts and wash parts thoroughly. Replace worn parts if necessary.5. Water splashes from fixture.A. Supply flow rate is more than necessary. Adjust control stop to meet flow rate required for proper cleansing of the fixture.B. Closet valve is installed on urinal fixture. 四使用注意事顶1,在按下安全控制按钮后,要缓慢调升温度,以免调升过快水温过高引起不适。

2,当热水断水时,阀芯会自动关闭冷水,如您需要使用冷水,需把调温手柄调到低温才会出水。

3,长时间使用后,如出现流量小的问题,可调节调节阀5的流量,或检查滤网9有没有异物堵塞。

假如流量还小,应检查调温阀芯4的滤网有没有异物堵塞。

五恒温阀芯清洗恒温龙头在使用一段时间后,会出现出水量明显减少或调温不准等问题,主要的问题是杂质堵住恒温龙头的进水口垫片和杂质堵住恒温阀芯此时必须要清洗恒温阀芯和垫片。

具体方法如下:如图1所示,拆下恒温龙头背面的固定螺丝,拔出恒温阀芯(注不要拆掉恒温阀芯上的手轮),用牙刷或毛刷清洗恒温阀芯上的滤网,然后用水冲洗,冲掉滤网上的污垢,把阀芯装回龙头内,拧上固定螺丝即可。

旋转部分由主轴承(39)、防跳(扶正)轴承(35)和下扶正轴承(42)组成。

密封部分由冲管总成和上下油封组成。

旋扣部分由气马达、齿轮、单向式气控磨擦离合器等组成。

同时,还作为高压泥浆输入钻具的通道。

并具有钻具的旋扣功能(但不起松﹑紧扣作用)。

SL两用水龙头具有较高的承载能力和良好的密封性能以及有足够大的旋扣扭矩特性。

SL两用水龙头能与符合API规范的相同(或相当)级别的大钩﹑方钻杆配套使用。

为了帮助广大用户对该系列产品的性能特点有所了解,以便正确合理地使用该系列水龙头,本说明书对两用水龙头的技术规范﹑结构特点﹑工作原理﹑使用及维护保养等分别作了比较详细的介绍。

所以,正确使用本说明书,对延长两用水龙头寿命,保证安全可靠性,提高生产效率都有着重要意义。

两用水龙头有单独的《推荐备件清单》供用户订购备件时参考,如果用户所需备件超出清单范围,请按两用水龙头《零件图册》选订,并注明其图号和名称。

每台两用水龙头上均有出厂编号,用户订购备件或查询有关事宜,必须指明两用水龙头的型号和出厂编号。

厂家有权在任何时候更改两用水龙头的型号或设计而不通知用户也不对用户承担任何义务。

兰州兰石国民油井石油工程有限公司1. 技术规范2.主要结构及工作原理2.1 主要结构SL两用水龙头(图2﹑图3)是由旋转部分﹑固定部分﹑承转部分﹑密封部分和旋扣部分组成。

旋转部分由中心管(14)和接头(24)组成。

固定部分由外壳(29)﹑上盖(2)﹑下盖(28)(或机油盘根盒)﹑鹅颈管(36)﹑提环(37)和提环销(39)六部分组成。

承转部分由主轴承(15)﹑防跳(扶正)轴承(11)和下扶正轴承(17)组成。

密封部分由盘根装置(3)和上﹑下弹簧密封圈(8)组成。

旋扣部分(图5﹑图6)由气控的气马达﹑齿轮﹑单向式气控摩擦离合器等组成。

中心管承受钻柱的全部重量和内部的泥浆压力,它与接头之间的联接螺纹以及接头与方钻杆的联接螺纹均符合API SPEC 7(旋转钻柱元件规范)的螺纹规格尺寸和测量办法。

中心管是中心通孔零件,上端与盘根装置(图4)联接,下端与接头联接,中部坐在主轴承上,两端有轴承扶正它,上扶正轴承还防止中心管上移。

它的上端装有橡皮伞(4)防止泥浆浸入水龙头体内。

中心管和接头之间还装有O型密封圈(23),防止高压泥浆冲坏丝扣,同时也起密封作用。

提环用两个提环销与外壳连接。

它使水龙头悬挂在大钩上。

外壳是一个承载零件,又是一个能润滑和冷却主轴承和扶正轴承的油池。

它的上部和下部分别与上盖和下盖(或机油盘根盒)连接,外侧面还装有缓冲器(12)以免在钻井过程中吊环撞击外壳。

上盖内装有扶正(防跳)轴承和两个弹簧密封圈(8),这两个弹簧密封圈安装方向相反,以免内部的油漏出或防止外面的泥浆和其它脏物侵入。

上盖上还加工一注油螺孔,其上装有具有溢流阀性能的油标尺(38),当壳体内产生的气压高于外部大气时,该阀能自动打开排气。

上盖的顶部法兰面上固定有鹅颈管,鹅颈管顶部有一锥螺纹孔,它是为测井而设计的。

打井过程中,用丝堵(1)拧紧以免高压泥浆溢出。

鹅颈管的一端与盘根装置连接,另一端通过内接头(34)(内接头的内管线螺纹的规格和测量方法符合API Std5B标准)与水龙带连接。

下盖(或机油盘根盒)内装有下扶正轴承,它的下部还装有三个弹簧密封圈(21),用以密封水龙头体内的油。

盘根装置连接鹅颈管和中心管,它们形成泥浆通道。

盘根装置是密封高压泥浆的重要部件,采用自封式和快速拆卸结构。

当泥浆管和盘根磨损而需要更换时,只需将上﹑下盘根盒压盖旋开,就可将整个装置从一侧取出,不需拆卸鹅颈管和水龙带,更换简便,在钻井过程中可随时停钻更换。

风动马达及传动系统,用螺柱和螺母(31)固定在上盖(2)下端法兰的上平面上,它是旋扣的重要部件。

旋扣(从上往下看中心管为顺时针旋转时为正转,反之为反转)是通过操作两用水龙头气控操作台(图1)实现的,气控原理见(图6)。

当风动马达的叶片(见风动马达说明书)和单向式摩擦离合器的内﹑外摩擦片磨损而需要更换(见7.3.4风动马达及传动系统)时,拧开螺栓(图5-2),卸下风动马达和气动换向阀(图5-1,19)取出传动系统,拆卸方便。

当风动马达及传动系统拆卸后,将风动马达及传动系统与上盖连接处用盖板和垫片盖上,再用螺栓固定,即可当作普通水龙头使用。

2.2旋扣动力传递及气控工作原理(图6)(气控系统为独立部份,订货时需附加说明) 2.2.1旋扣动力传递是由以压缩空气为动力的风动马达的转动带动两对齿轮,经二级变速,将扭矩传递给中心管,达到旋扣的目的。

2.2.2旋扣(正﹑反转)通过气控来实现,来自气源(图6)的压缩空气经过空气过滤器(3)﹑油雾器(4)﹑二位三通气控阀(5)到气动换向阀(13)。

通过操作2 + 2排档气开关(图1气控操作台)使气动换向阀换向,改变气马达的旋转方向,从而达到旋扣(正﹑反转)的目的。

当气控操作台(图1)的手柄“I”打到关的位置,使二位三通气控阀阀芯动作,切断工作气。

使用气控操作台时请按下列程序进行:1) 将截止阀打开:2) 根据旋扣的需要,搬动手柄Ⅱ使之处在“正”转或“反”转的位置上;3) 搬动手柄“Ⅰ”,使之处在“开”的位置上。

3.新水龙头的使用两用水龙头出厂前已按试车规程进行了主轴承载荷﹑水压(动﹑静)和旋扣性能试验,出厂时水龙头体内是无油的。

3.1拧下油标尺注入L-CKC150闭式工业齿轮油(到油标尺最高刻度为止),并保证润滑油清洁。

3.2检查中心管,由一人施力于1米长的链钳手柄时,应能够均匀地转动。

3.3用油枪润滑各脂润滑点。

3.4检查上﹑下盘根盒压盖(图4-1﹑10)﹑连接内接头的螺母(图2-35)和接头(图2-24)是否上紧。

为了保证联接良好,丝扣不受到破坏,必须将接头拧下来涂抹丝扣油,并用大钳拧紧。

3.5检查气路管线连接是否正确,通气是否畅通。

3.6空气过滤器(图6-3)必须垂直位置安装。

3.7禁止风动马达空载荷运转。

3.8根据油田使用经验,新水龙头应经过由浅井使用至深井,以确保水龙头的正常使用寿命。

4.润滑4.1水龙头体内的油位每班都要检查一次。

检查油面是否在要求的位置上(油位不得低于油标尺杆最低刻度),润滑油每两个月更换一次,对新的或新修理过的水龙头,在使用满200个小时后更换。

换油时应先将脏油排净,用冲洗油洗掉全部沉淀物,再注入清洁的L-CKC150闭式工业齿轮油。

4.2提环销﹑盘根装置﹑上部和下部弹簧密封圈和风动马达及传动系统采用锂基润滑脂1#(冬季)﹑2#(夏季)润滑,每班润滑一次。

当润滑泥浆盘根时,应在没有泵压的情况下进行,以便使润滑脂能挤入盘根装置内的各个部位,更好地润滑泥浆管和各个泥浆盘根。

4.3定期检查油雾器的油面高度。

油雾器应加注L-AN15号机械油。

5.更换盘根装置5.1拆卸(图4)锤击上﹑下盘根盒压盖(左扣)(1﹑10)松开后,推动上﹑下盘根盒压盖直至与泥浆管(6)齐平。

即可从一侧推出盘根装置。

5.2检查5.2.1将下盘根盒(12)与泥浆管(6)分开,取掉油杯(7),再取掉下盘根盒压盖(10),反转螺钉(8)两﹑三转,从下盘根盒中取出下O型密封压套(9)﹑隔环(13﹑14),下衬环(15)和泥浆盘根(4)。

5.2.2从泥浆管顶部拿出弹簧圈(2),取掉泥浆管(6)和上盘根盒压盖(1),再从上盘根盒中取出上密封压套(3),泥浆盘根(4)和上衬环(16)。

5.2.3取出O型密封圈(9﹑17),彻底清理各零件内部的润滑脂和泥浆。

5.2.4检查上密封压套和泥浆管的花键是否磨损,检查泥桨管是否偏磨和冲坏,如有损坏必须更换。

5.3安装将经检查过的合格零件和需更换的新零件重新安装:5.3.1用润滑脂装满泥浆盘根(4)的唇部和上衬环(16),以及上密封压套(3)的槽里,按(图4)依次将上衬环﹑泥浆盘根﹑上密封压套装入上盘根盒(5)中,并装入上盘根盒压盖里。

它们一起从泥浆管带花键那一端小心地装到泥浆管上,再把弹簧圈卡入泥浆管的沟槽里。

5.3.2先在泥浆盘根(4)的唇部﹑下衬环(15)﹑隔环(13﹑14)和下O型密封压套(11)的V型槽内涂满润滑脂,按图4所示依次将下衬环﹑隔环﹑泥桨盘根﹑下O型密封压套装入下盘根盒(12)中。

必须注意,隔环(14)的油孔应对准下盘根盒的油杯孔。

拧入螺钉(8),拧紧后再反转1/4转。

下盘根盒总成和下盘根盒压盖从泥浆管另一端装入。

5.3.3在上﹑下密封压套(3﹑11)上装入O型密封圈(9﹑17),在下盘根盒(12)上装上油杯(7),然后将盘根装置装入水龙头,上紧上﹑下盘根盒压盖。

6.维护及保养6.1维修时拆卸,应按下列步骤进行:(1)建议水龙头从钻机上拆下来以前,把中心管下部接头丝扣松开。

(2)拆下气控系统和其它连接管线。

(3)拆卸时应将水龙头竖直。

(4)打开丝堵(18)然后打开(19)排油。

(5)拆下风动马达及传动系统(32)。

(6)按“更换盘根装置”方法,拆卸盘根装置。

(7)拆下中心管上端的橡皮伞(4)。

(8)拆下鹅颈管(36)和上盖(2)(包括弹簧密封圈(8)和上扶正轴承(11)外圈)。

(9)拆下调整垫(9)。

(10)拆下中心管总成(包括中心管﹑主轴承上座圈,上﹑下扶正轴承内圈和上﹑下衬套)(5﹑26)。

(11)从外壳内取出主轴承保持架﹑滚柱和下座圈。

(12)拆下下盖(28)(或机油盘根盒)并轻轻敲击下扶正轴承外圈,从下盖(或外壳)里拆下,再从下盖(或机油盘根盒)拆下压盖(22),从而可从下盖(或机油盘根盒)中取出三个弹簧密封圈(21)和隔环(20),再拆下油杯(27)和O型密封圈(16)。

(仅对两用水龙头SL450型)。

6.2检查和更换零部件6.2.1建议当拆卸水龙头进行检查和更换零部件时,都要换上新的弹簧密封圈和O型密封圈。

6.2.2检查全部轴承滚柱和座圈有无破碎﹑腐蚀和裂纹。

当主轴承上发现有任何缺陷,都必须更换,以保证良好的工作性能。

主轴承上下座圈不能互换。

上座圈与中心管是过渡配合,拆卸时通常可以将其座圈击离中心管即可。
