主题：

科技创新文化节为主题，题材自选，要求内容新颖，积极向上。

全体在校研究生
报名要求：
2019级各个专业班级必须有2-3名同学参加（人数较多的专业鼓励报名，可增加报名名
额），2019级及2019级采取自愿报名方式。

英语演讲比赛将于2019年10月正式启动。
两项赛事均为年度国家级比赛，我校选手
选拔和
指导任务由外语学院具体承担。
比赛分为校选赛、省决赛、全国总决赛三个阶段，现
就校选
赛具体事项通知如下：演讲题目（报名校选赛者两个题目均需准备）：
1. change the unchangeable (需自加副标题，3 minutes)
2. seeing is not believing (需自加副标题，3 minutes) 录制3分钟演讲视频：
- 参赛者需自选教室，在讲台处演讲并录制视频。
- 参赛者需全程脱稿演讲，否则
不予评分。
- 参照全国赛规则，演讲过程不得使用图片、ppt、音视频等任何辅助工具。
- 背景黑板上需大字注明：演讲题目、南京工业大学、参赛者姓名。
- 视频图像清晰，
无杂音，演讲声音容易辨识。
- 视频完整，不得剪辑编辑，不超过100m。
（提醒：往届手机拍摄的视频在电脑上打开时常有图形倒置的情况，上传前请自行检查。
）作品提交：
- 选手需同时提交视频和电子文稿至邮箱：，邮件收到会有回复。
- 因邮箱容量限制，
请不要重复提交。
- 视频和电子文稿（.doc格式）命名方式相同：题目姓名班级。

三、评分标准（本次比赛按十分制计分，评委实行现场亮分制、参赛者最终成绩在去掉
一个最高分和一个最低分后，求平均值确定，评委亮分是保留一位小数，计分结果保留三位
小数）
① 容积极向上，切合主题。
（2分）② 仪表端庄，大方得体。
姿态自然，对于形象不良的可酌情扣分。

（2分）④演讲富有表现力，具有感染力、吸引力。

四、奖项设置：分年级奖励。
各年级各设置一等奖一名，二等奖两名，三等奖三名。

六、几点要求：
1、凡准备有背景音乐的选手在***月***日***时前将曲目光碟交***老师处。
2、各班主任在***月*** 日***时组织学生到操场制定位置就做。
