2011级各个专业班级必须有2-3名同学参加（人数较多的专业鼓励报名，可增加报名名额），2010级及2009级采取自愿报名方式。

以班级为单位，将演讲人姓名、联系方式、演讲主题报到各班学习委员，再由学习委员统一上报到校研究生会组织部，截止日期11月14日。
