英语后进生辅导方案
后进生转化工作是班级工作的重要环节,是班级提高成绩的关键。

后进生是教师的重点辅导对象,辅导要做到及时、全面、持之以恒,后进生的构成过程决定转化工作务必持之以恒。

在后进生的转化工作上,要不但发现他们的闪光点,有进步及时表扬,树立信心,使后进生摆脱后进,赶上其他同学,为此我特制定后进生转化方案后进生主要后进在学习不努力,对学习没有信心,根底知识掌握的较差,有的是差在根本技能及创造性发挥上。

因此,转化后进生工作重点放在转化学生的自信心及创造性上。

我打算从作业方面入手,要求后进生完成他们力所能及的作业,并且正常上交,相信久而久之,会让他们慢慢养成好习惯,改掉坏毛病,最终有良好的自觉性和学习的用心性,从而到达转化的目的。

四、实行“优生带差生〞活动
利用同桌的优势,让好学生管好后劲生,让同学们互相帮助,增强群众观念,发扬团队精神,促进后进生的转化。

五、作好学校和家长之间的纽带
要想把后进生转化过来,家长也是一个关键的因素,没有家长的密切配合,后进生是无法教育的。

所以,今后的教育教学工作中,我将加强和家长的沟通和联系,及时将学生的思想状况和上课表现反应给家长,让家长能在第一时间了解孩子在校期间的各种表现,并要求家长对自己的孩子加强辅导,以消化在校学习的各科知识。
