英语后进生辅导方案
后进生转化工作是班级工作的重要环节，是班级提高成绩的关键。
后进生是教师的重点辅导对象，辅导要做到及时、全面、持之以恒，后进生的构成过程决定转化工作务必持之以恒。
在后进生的转化工作上，要不但发现他们的闪光点，有进步及时表扬，树立信心，使后进生摆脱后进，赶上其他同学，为此我特制定后进生转化方案后进生主要后进在学习不努力，对学习没有信心，根底知识掌握的较差，有的是差在根本技能及创造性发挥上。
因此，转化后进生工作重点放在转化学生的自信心及创造性上。
转化目标:1、上课认真听讲，认真及时完成作业，能圆满完成学习任务，养成良好的学习习惯。
2、养成良好的思想素质，尊敬教师，团结同学，乐于助人，用心维护群众荣誉。
3、注重开展特长，用心参加学校、班级组织的各项活动。

转化措施：
后进生转化工作将从以下几个方面入手:
一、擦亮后进生的闪光点
没有疑问，后进生的学习是不尽人意的，成绩多表现为不理想，在加上比拟活泼好动，在教师的眼里那么是淘气，因而后进生往往给人十分不好的印象，很多教师、会以歧视的眼光对待，用粗暴的手段进展教育。
我将从擦亮后进生的闪光点入手，比方对他们的进步给予肯定，使他们的自信心得到恢复，看到了自己的进步，看到了自己的
长处。
透过我的行动，我相信能够到达转化的目的。
二、用耐心作为转化的保证
后进生的构成，并非一朝一夕的事情，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒〞，所以要他们转化，也不可能一蹴而就。
要到达转化的目的，务必要有耐心做保证，我将要自己在这个方面努力。
因为我自己是一个性子急噪的人，缺少的正是耐心，我将在这个学期克制自己的缺点，用更多的心思投入到后进生转化的工作中。
三、做好日常学习的催促
后进生的自觉性不够高，自制力不强，因而比拟散漫，我将认真催促他们努力，在学习上下工夫。
我打算从作业方面入手，要求后进生完成他们力所能及的作业，并且正常上交，相信久而久之，会让他们慢慢养成好习惯，改掉坏毛病，最终有良好的自觉性和学习的用心性，从而到达转化的目的。
四、实行“优生带差生〞活动
利用同桌的优势，让好学生管好后劲生，让同学们互相帮助，增强群众观念，发扬团队精神，促进后进生的转化。
五、作好学校和家长之间的纽带
要想把后进生转化过来，家长也是一个关键的因素，没有家长的密切配合，后进生是无法教育的。
所以，今后的教育教学工作中，我将加强和家长的沟通和联系，及时将学生的思想状况和上课表现反应给家长，让家长能在第一时间了解孩子在校期间的各种表现，并要求家长对自己的孩子加强辅导，以消化在校学习的各科知识。
