二、用耐心作为转化的保证后进生的构成,并非一朝一夕的事情,所谓“冰冻三尺,非一日之寒〞,所以要他们转化,也不可能一蹴而就。
要到达转化的目的,务必要有耐心做保证,我将要自己在这个方面努力。
因为我自己是一个性子急噪的人,缺少的正是耐心,我将在这个学期克制自己的缺点,用更多的心思投入到后进生转化的工作中。
三、做好日常学习的催促后进生的自觉性不够高,自制力不强,因而比拟散漫,我将认真催促他们努力,在学习上下工夫。
我打算从作业方面入手,要求后进生完成他们力所能及的作业,并且正常上交,相信久而久之,会让他们慢慢养成好习惯,改掉坏毛病,最终有良好的自觉性和学习的用心性,从而到达转化的目的。

订小学英语一点通,里面包括小故事,笑话,写作等,借给优生阅读,另出培优题训练,单元测试后各选前五名进行对抗赛,拓宽知识面。
辅差措施:差生形成是有原因的,社会的,学校的,家庭以及个人的因素,所以要搞清楚,每个后进生形成的原因,然后对症下药。
如家长很少关注他们的学习,上课不认真,经常开小差,基础知识差,对于这类努力做到不歧视,多鼓励,耐心细致地帮助,上课多留意,下课督促他们及时完成相关作业,必要时降低作业要求。
如胆子小,害羞,可以通过课后找他们谈话,了解他们的内心世界,还可以通过作业本方式进行书面交流鼓励。
通过课堂上多给他们表现自我的机会,增强他们的自信心,并及时给他们鼓励,其次在课堂上为他们专门设计一些难度较小的题目鼓励他们回答,降低要求,让他们体会到成功的喜悦,从而增加学习英语的兴趣,增强他们自信心。
可以利用优生的优势,指名让他带一名差生,介绍方法让学生怎样学,并教他们读课文,读单词,激起他们的学习兴趣。

一、转化的目的:
通过对学困生的转化工作,使其端正学习态度,提高学习英语的兴趣,让他们努力多学点知识,争取在现有基础上有不同程度的提高。
二、学困生情况分析:
1、缺乏学习兴趣和积极性,学习习惯差,上课不认真听讲,经常开小差,对基础知识没有基本的了解和掌握。
2、学习态度不端正,学习态度消极,无所谓的态度很突出。
3、没有科学的学习方法;
4、不能完成老师布置的要求任务。
5、对不懂的知识点也常常不理睬,对知识的应用较差。
三、转化措施:
1、适当降低英语学习要求,抓住重点。
根据学困生基础差这一实际情况,让他们和英语成绩优异的同学结对子,使他们在学习上有一定的主动性,在尖子生帮助下预习单词、词组及翻译课文,适当降低要求,能理解课文,背诵重点句型和课文段落,掌握重点句子即可。
2、培养学困生的自学能力。
有些学困生之所以成绩差,一个重要原因就在于缺乏学习主动性,没有预、复习的习惯,为了解决这一问题,可特意为他们另外布置家庭作业,即根据下一节新课内容提出两个问
题,在教学过程中严格按照所布置的内容进行检查,久而久之,学困生就养成了良好的自学习惯,大大提高了课堂教学效率。
3、把扮演角色会话引入课堂。
学生天真烂漫、活泼好动。
他们最容易进入角色,又能毫无顾忌地使用语言。
在课堂上经常根据课文内容,让尖子生或中等生扮演语句比较多比较难的角色,让学困生扮演简单的角色进行会话表演,利用讲台作舞台。
运用这种方法,既活跃了课堂气氛,又激发了学生学习英语的兴趣,能使优生更优,中等生争优,学困生也得到了再次学习的机会。

4、适当的表扬和鼓励。
适当的表扬和鼓励,是强化学生学习兴趣的有效手段,每当学生取得成功时,教师的表扬和鼓励能使学生产生一种强烈的成功体验,从而进一步增强原有的兴趣,让他们对自己的行为有一个正确的认识。
对学困生而言,他们更需要这种肯定和鼓励,每当他们的表现好的时候,我就会伸出大拇指说:“Very good!”“OK”或“Excellent”。
