2016年广州市英语听说模拟考试评分标准
听说模拟考试卷面总分60分，其中Part A 模仿朗读20分，Part B 角色扮演16分，Part C 故事复述24分。折算成满分15分计入一模英语科总分。卷面分与折算分对照见下表：
原则：先根据表中各档次的评分标准确定考生答案所属档次，然后按该档次的要求做调整，最后给出得分。注意：考生修正、重复个别单词或句子，按最后一次答案进行评价。
原则：以是否有效交际作为评分的主要参照，提问部分先抓语言结构，再抓关键信息，语
言结构基本正确，关键信息齐全时，可考虑给满分；回答部分主要关注信息是否准确，使用简单和完整回答皆可。完整回答时若出现不影响意思表达的语法错误不扣分。回答了部分信息按比例给分，回答的信息与答案毫不相关，刚评零分。注意：允许考生在录音规定时间内，修正答案，按最后一个答案评价。
原则：采用整体评分法与要素评分法相结合。评分时从内容（完整性）、语言（准确性）、流利程度（连贯性）和语音语调（地道性）四个方面确定考生答案所属档次。内容上主要关注信息的完整、语言上主要关注语法和句子结构、流利性上主要关注连贯与节奏。注意：考生只复述了故事的一小部分内容，按该部分内容所占的大约比例为最高分起评。
注意几种情况的处理：
1. 出现以下情况评零分：
1）一直都有说，但不是在说英语，或一个单词都听不懂的；
2）可听到背景声音（有其他考生的声音，但很确定考生本身完全没有出声说的）；
3）考生乱说一气或背诵一些与考试答案完全无关的内容。
2. 若录音中完全没有录到声音的，请及时上报组长，由技术人员处理。
3. 若录音声音偏小，但能听清楚内容的，不能因声音小而扣学生的分。

The River Thames is the longest and most important river in Great Britain. The name of the river is probably a Scottish word which means “broad river”. The Thames rises in southwest England and flows east for a distance of 338 kilometres to London. On the north bank stands the Tower of London,
which was once home to the royal family and later served as a prison. The Thames River is crowded at its mouth with the busy ships of England’s commerce, but the upper course of the river is known for its quiet beauty. Someone once said the Thames was the finest river in the world “because it runs liquid

Long ago, there was a small village in the central part of England. At that time England was ruled by a cruel king named John. One day, the villagers heard that King John and his men would soon be arriving. This worried them a lot, for they knew the greedy king would demand food and housing for his men. After much discussion, they came up with a plan. They decided to act like fools because they believed no one would stay in a place of fools.
The day finally came. In the street, the king saw a man riding a donkey. The man had a heavy bag on his own shoulders, and looked rather tired. The king approached the man and asked, “Why don’t you just put the bag on your donkey’s back?”
“It’s bad enough that she has to carry me,” replied the man, “so I decide to lighten her burden by carrying the bag myself. We all do it this way in our village. We love animals.” The king didn’t say a word. He just went on his way, laughing at the man’s foolishness. That night, the king and his men left what they believed was a village of fools.

Part A Reading Aloud
This is the famous Stone Forest, the product of countless years of wear and tear, producing a large number of deep valleys and rocks with sharp edges. The rocks here have a strange characteristic; they break down in rainwater. Over many thousands of years water has made its way deep into the heart of the rocks. This natural wonder is a famous tourist attraction, receiving close to two million visitors each year. The Chinese are fond of curiously-shaped rocks and many have been given fanciful names. No prizes for guessing what this one is called! And there is more in the Stone Forest for tourists to explore.

M: The temperature is already below zero now. When the winter break comes, it’ll be worse.
W: Are you thinking about going somewhere warm for the holiday, son?
M: I really am. How about Hawaii? So many great beaches and warm weather!
W: I’d love to go to Hawaii, too, although I’ll miss the snow here in New York. It’s so beautiful.
M: The snow is great, but the sidewalks will be covered with ice soon. I hate that. I hate falling down on the ice.

A yo ung man and an old man sat next to each other, waiting for a bus at a station. “What’s that in your bag?” asked the young man, pointing to a big bag beside the old man.
“Gold, nothing but gold,” answered the old man. The young man could not believe his ear s. Then he began to think about how to get the fortune.
The old man was very tired and it seemed that he could hardly keep his eyes open. After a while, the old man lay down on the chair and fell asleep.
The young man took the bag gently and quietly. But when he was just about to run away, he found a corner of his fur coat was under the old man’s body. Several times he tried to pull it out, but each time he failed. At last he took off his coat, thinking that the gold in the bag must be worth much more than his coat.
Worried but delighted, the young man ran out of the station as quickly as his legs could carry him. He reached a place where he thought the old man couldn’t find him. He stopped and quickly opened the bag. To his shock he found that it was full of small stones.

广州市招考办昨日发布消息，从明年起，中考英语口语考试和听力考试合并，实行英语听说考试。 2016年中考英语科目的总分仍是150分，保持不变。考试分为“听说考试”和“笔试”两个部分，“听说考试”初步定于5月份，采用计算机辅助考试(“人机对话”)方式进行;“纸笔考试”与文化课考试其他科目同期进行。 针对新方案，广铁一中英语老师言芳认为，虽然考试形式有变，但对考生能力的要求以及知识点考察并没有太大的变化，考生不必为此焦虑。目前初三年级已按照新的考试方案进行备考。
“听说考试第一题是模仿朗读，比过去的直接朗读更容易了，考生可以先听一遍，万一遇到不会念的词也可以模仿，卡壳的几率减小了。”言芳说，原来的口语考试里有情景对话和口头作文，开放性比较大，新的听说考试则改为信息获取、信息转述与询问、口头提问。“信息转述与询问就是机器念一段话，学生可以准备50秒，再根据试卷上给定的框架和关键字进行复述，比较而言答案更加可控，从而提高了批改的准确性和公平性。” 广铁一中赖彩红老师表示，除了听说合并变化外，笔试部分阅读题的分值从原来的40分提高到45分，语法和完形填空的分值比原来增加了10分。由于阅读和完形填空都是通过篇章形式呈现，因此学生要更注重对篇章理解能力的提高。
