（页边距设置为：上、下、右左边距2.5厘米，左边距为3厘米）(一) 封面由学院统一提供(二)毕业论文(设计)任务书任务书由学院统一印刷。

论文题目一般不超过20个字。

任务书由指导教师填写，系主任签字后生效。

(三)中英文摘要及关键词(中文在前，英文在后)（中文摘要后是中文关键词，英文摘要（Abstract）之后是英文关键词（Keywords））摘要是论文内容的简要概述，应尽量反映论文的主要信息和创新点，内容包括研究目的、方法、成果和结论，不含图表，不加注释，具有独立性和完整性。

中文摘要一般为400字左右，英文摘要应与中文摘要内容完全相同。

“摘要”字样位置居中，小四号黑体加粗；内容用五号宋体(英文五Times New Roman)。

关键词是反映毕业论文(设计)主题内容的名词，是供检索使用的。

我系英语专业学生学年论文的撰写须遵照此规范完成。

一．学年论文的内容及装订顺序(一) 学院统一制作的封面（由系里统一发放）（二）封面（格式见Sample 1）（三）Abstract , 摘要(格式见Sample 3, 4）（四）正文（格式见Sample 5）（五）Bibliography or References / 参考文献（格式见Sample 6）（六）云南大学滇池学院本科学年论文（设计）评分标准及评审表（文科）（由系里统一发放）二．撰写要求（一）英语专业的学年论文一律用英文撰写。

字数为2000 到2500个英文单词。

（二）打印装订：一律使用A4白纸，单面印刷，左侧装订。

上页边距3厘米，下页边距3厘米, 左页边距3.5厘米，右页边距3厘米；页码标在页脚中间，封面不用页码。

英文和中文摘要单独编页码，使用小写罗马数字，正文和参考文献部分使用阿拉伯数字页码。

定稿时论文用两颗订书钉左侧固定。

（三）字体：论文英文字体一律采用Times New Roman，汉字字体采用宋体。

（四）字号：封面标题使用加粗、居中二号字体（见sample 1）。

大标题使用小二号字体，小标题使用三号字体，其它地方使用小四号字体或12号字体；字体颜色为黑色；正文使用2倍行距（见sample 5）。

在摘要下面附关键词Key words，一般为三到五个词。

（六）正文部分应包括绪论Introduction、主体及结论Conclusion。

（七）文献注释Citation一律使用脚注。
