construction plan.April 2010-December 2010, “the fit-for-service research of weld defect repair with fibrous composite”, key technician, this project ￥429,000, which to analyze the stress of buried pipeline, set up the test unit to test and assess the feasibility and reliability of weld defect repaired with fibrous composite under the combined load, find out the applicable conditions and
