二、发动机启动步骤
启动前检查:
为使您的发动机得到最长的使用寿命,在起发动机以前,进行一次彻底检查。
1、察看润滑油或冷却液有无泄漏、有无松动的螺栓和脏物堆积,清除任何脏物。
2、护罩必须正确就位,修理损坏的护罩、更换丢失的护罩。 3、确保转动零件周围无障碍物。
不同的CAT发动机型号:3208,3304, 3306,3406, 3408, 3412,3508, 3512, 3516

CAT C18柴油发电机组操作规程1 适用范围本规程适用于CAT C18柴油发电机组操作方法及操作过程注意事项等内容和要求。

2 风险提示3 操作步骤3.1 启动前的检查3.1.1检查护罩是否完好。

3.1.2检查旋转部件周围有无杂物,底盘固定及输出端连接是否牢固。

3.1.3空气进气系统:1)保证空气进气管道和空气滤清器位置正确。

2)保证所有的管夹和接头都安全可靠。

3)观察空气滤清器维护指示器。

当黄色隔条进入红色区域,或红色活塞卡死在看得见的位置时,要清洁或更换空气滤清器。

3.1.4冷却系统:1)检查冷却系统是否泄漏或接头是否松动。

2)检查冷却系统软管是否断裂,管夹是否松动。

3)检查水泵是否有泄漏现象。

4)检查风扇传动带是否断裂和磨损。

5)检查冷却液液位,必要时加入冷却液。

3.1.5发电机:1)进行发电机所需的所有保养。

2)保证主电路断路器处于断开位置。

3.1.6电器系统:1)检查导线是否有接头松动、磨损。

2)保证接地牢靠。

3.1.7燃油系统:1)检查燃油管是否有接头松动和泄漏。

保证燃油管妥善地夹好。

2)保证燃油罐到发动机油路畅通(必要时排空气)。

3.1.8润滑系统:1)检查发动机曲轴箱机油油位,维持此油位在“ADD(加)”和“FULL(满)”刻度之间。

2)检查下列部件是否有泄漏:曲轴密封、曲轴箱、机油滤清器、回油孔塞、传感器和气门罩。

3)检查曲轴箱通气孔上的管道、T形连接件和夹子。

3.1.9起动系统:1)检查电瓶电源24VDC,开关正常。

右侧发电机输出开关Q1,处于“OFF”位置,VFD房辅助发电机断路器处于“OFF”位置。

2)检查油水分离器是否良好,油雾器油量是否适当。

3)检查起动马达有无松动。

4)检查仪表和控制面板是否处于良好状态。

5)将关机和报警组件复位。

3.2 寒冷气候下的起动3.2.1发动机在温度低于16℃时,利用水套水加热器把水加热到32℃左右。

3.2.2在环境温度0℃以下时可使用辅助起动液起动。
