A Brazil company went to American to purchase equipment , their negotiate group was late for 45 minutes, because of their shopping . The American company was very dissatisfied for their late. During the negotiation the American company take the Brazil party’s late into their heart, which made the Brazil negotiators lost their head ,and didn’t want to bargain with the American party. They signed the contract without considered clearly . At last , the Brazil suffered a great loss.

Hejun is a successful engineer , Mike is his best friend from Canada. When Mike come to China , Hejun made an carefully arrangement for him . However, when Hejun went to Canada for an business trip , Mike just made an simple arrangement for him and ignored him after he sent Hejun to hotel. Hejun was very disappointed , and he thought Mike was very impolite for this.
