快乐英语从兴趣出发内容摘要:在新课程标准下的小学英语教学中,教师要培养和保持学生较浓的学习兴趣,应该把握良机,渲染英语课堂气氛,引发学生的兴趣和求知欲。

通过创设愉快的学习环境可以激发学生浓厚的学习兴趣和强烈的求知欲望,变“要我学”为“我要学”,培养学生爱学的情感,会学的能力,在发展中求愉快,在愉快中求发展,从而自主的学习,达到提高教学质量的目的。

在小学英语的教学中,我们要让学生快乐地学习英语,让独特的英语教育具体落实在语言教学实践中。

关键词:小学生英语学习兴趣兴趣是最好的老师。

一个成功的英语教师要在教学中有意识地培养学生对英语的持久兴趣,激励学生不断处于较佳的学习状态之中,使他们对英语乐学、善学、会学,学而忘我,乐此不疲。

怎样针对小学生的年龄特征和教学内容,设计出既让他们感兴趣,又能促进他们更加主动地参与学习?根据我多年的教学实践,从以下几方面谈谈自己的教学体会。

一、把握良机,渲染英语课堂气氛,引发学生的兴趣和求知欲。

小学生有着爱说爱闹的孩子气,他们无所顾忌、敢想敢说、好动,求新求异的愿望强烈。

因此,我们必须给学生创造一个开放宽松的教学环境。

在和谐宽松的课堂气氛,可以使学生们怀着轻松愉快的心情投入学习,自然就敢用英语大胆发言,积极思维,不断产生学习英语和施展能力的兴趣。

新教材中有很多内容都涉及到学生熟悉的生活,因此我们应适当地把教室变成他们的活动场所,让他们自由地施展个性,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,学习内驱力自然逐步增强。

学习一种语言一定要有语言环境才能学得好。

我们的母语不是英语,学习英语是在汉语的氛围下进行的。

没有英语环境,教师就要刻意创造英语环境。

第六届全国小学英语教师教学技能大赛命题大纲全国小学英语教师教学技能大赛旨在贯彻党的教育方针和国家教育政策,落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》,试用教育部制定的《小学教师专业标准(试行)》(征求意见稿),推进基础教育小学英语教学改革,激励广大小学英语教师努力提高自身的英语语言基础知识、基本技能、应用能力和英语教师知识,教学技能和科研能力,表彰在小学英语教学活动中涌现出的优秀教师,促进小学英语教师在教学思想、教学观念、教学方式和方法的转变,推动全国小学英语教学质量和学业成绩的大幅度提高。

全国小学英语教师教学技能大赛是小学英语教师专业发展和培训的一种有效形式。

大赛每两年举办一次,采取两个程序:初赛(采用纸笔测试形式)和决赛(采用说课形式)。

初赛由全国统一命题,全国统一时间考试,总分150分,其中第一卷为英语语言知识,英语技能和综合运用能力(70分),第二卷为英语教师知识和教学技能部分(80分)。

主观性试题占65%,客观性试题占35%。

决赛采用“说课”形式。

由全国技能大赛组委会统一命题,各地选择适当时间统一考试评奖。

一、命题原则1. 命题内容要做到理论与实践相结合。

根据我国基础教育小学英语外语教学的实际,根据教育学、心理学、语言学、应用语言学和英语外语教学等基本原理和教育教学规律及小学英语教师的教学实践经验,结合当前小学英语教学改革的实际,考查小学英语教师应知必会的基础语言知识和教学知识及基本语言技能和教学技能。

在理念上侧重考查在中国的国情、教情、学情下行之有效的英语外语教学(TEFL)理论和教法及技巧。

在语言和教学知识和技能上重点考查小学英语教学实用的基础知识和技能,使试题有较高的效度和信度。

2. 大赛试题面向大多数小学英语教师,难易度要适中。

大赛要通过竞赛方式为小学英语教师的专业发展提供动力,激励广大小学英语教师在教师教育和职前培训的基础上,通过在职培训和继续教育等教师专业发展,掌握教师专业理念与师德,各种专业知识和专业能力,促成小学英语教师从新教师到有经验教师,从有经验教师到反思型教师,从反思型教师到专家型教师的动态发展和转变。

小学教师教学技能大赛实施方案一、组织与领导为了加强对本次活动的组织领导,学校成立中学校老师教学技能大赛领导小组。

领导小组组长:成员:评委小组组长:成员:二、参赛范围凡年满52周岁以下〔含52周岁〕的女老师、年满57周岁以下〔含57周岁〕的男老师均要参与竞赛,超过以上年龄的老师自愿参与。

三、参赛组别每个学段分三个组别。

1.A组:年龄在35周岁以下〔含35〕的老师;2.B组:年龄在36周岁—45周岁以下〔含45〕的老师。

3.C组: 年龄在46周岁以上的老师。

四、参赛学科语文、数学、英语、品生/品社、科学、音乐、体育、美术、信息技术、劳动〔通用〕技术。

五、参赛内容竞赛的内容包括课堂教学、基本技能等,并分别按80%、20%计分。

1.课堂教学:授课老师独立进行教学设计,实施完整的课堂教学。

教态自然端庄,语言精确规范,富于启发性和感染力;教学过程充分表达新理念,发挥同学的主体作用;教学目标明确,重点突出,教法敏捷,手段先进,表达扎实的教学基本功;着重同学的合作意识、创新精神、实践技能的'培育,教学效果明显。

2.基本技能:考核四方面内容。

〔1〕钢笔字:规定时间〔20分钟〕内,在一页大田字格纸上完成指定的文字。

要求运用楷书或行书,书写工整、流畅、美观、大方、符合硬笔书法规律。

〔2〕粉笔字:规定时间〔15分钟〕内,在自备的小黑板〔80×60厘米〕上完成指定文字,要求运用楷书,书写工整、流畅、美观、大方、符合硬笔书法规律。

〔3〕说课〔案例分析〕:规定时间〔10分钟〕内,要求思路清楚,语言简洁流畅,目的明确,观点鲜亮,无理论、观念和概念上的错误。

〔4〕计算机应用技能:在规定时间内完成指定的操作和任务。

六、竞赛程序与方法学校初赛按学科进行,推举30%人选按年龄和学科均衡推选。

时间安排为:1. 课堂教学: 11月3日至11月10日。

2. 基本功竞赛:11月20日至12月20日。

学校依据竞赛内容和《通知》要求进行初赛,要求在广泛发动、人人参加、仔细组织评委评比的基础上,推举出参与复赛的老师。
