新天地导游词英语(精选4篇)新天地英语篇1Every day, countless people rush into this fast spinning City, with theirgrand blueprint or soap bubble like daydream; every day, countless people leavethis stiff and indifferent City, leaving their tears or endless regrets.Out of curiosity and desire for the unknown, with a trace of expectation, atrace of tension and a trace of loss, I came to this city called "Shanghai".It was early in the morning when I first arrived in Shanghai. Don't forget,Shanghai is also called "never night city". Although the sky is gray, but thecolorful lights on the street are flashing my eyes. Walking on the Bund, you cansee all kinds of European buildings and groups of foreigners coming and going.Through the glass, you can see the bright lights and the twisting posture in theluxurious dress. This is probably the nightclub in Shanghai. How many rich butlonely people are living a life of intoxication here? They just want to seek atrace of warmth in this cold city. The night of the Huangpu River fascinated me, standing on the riverside. The breeze gently blowing my hair. The Lujiazui portrait centered on theOriental Pearl was displayed in front of my eyes. Beautiful, very beautiful, very beautiful, so suffocating, so beautiful that people feel unreal, sobeautiful that people can't help but sigh "can only be seen from a distance, butcan't play.".In the early morning, people can see Shanghai clearly and thoroughly.Walking on Nanjing Road and shuttling through the people's Square, I see antiquebuildings and groups of people in a hurry. As if, in this fast-paced city, notto rush will be eliminated, abandoned, forgotten.Coming to the new world is full of the Republic of China. On this famous"Republic Street". I seem to have seen Zhang Ailing, who is "merciful becauseshe knows", Lin Huiyin, who is "love, warmth, April day in the world", and XiaoHong, who is "too late to do anything, just sit and watch the red sky" and so onLittle by little of the Republic of China appeared in front of my eyes. I don'tknow why, when I saw these traces of history, I was moved to tears. In my opinion, Shanghai, known as "Oriental Paris", is a proper and goodcity integrating modern and traditional. Whether the bright Lujiazui, themagnificent people's square or the red wall green tile Town God's Temple, knownto the world, all the Shanghai road has added a touch of vitality, a touch ofbeauty and a touch of moving. When I say goodbye to Shanghai, I look at the endless stream of people andthe magnificent high-rise buildings. I can't help but sigh that Zhuzhou is soordinary! But I think I still love that ordinary Zhuzhou more than theglittering of Shanghai. There is no bright light shining, no dense trafficshuttle, but there is warmth, and the person who has always accompanied me.新天地导游词英语篇2Xintiandi is located in the center of Shanghai. (Xintiandi. Shanghai) is acity tourist attraction that shows the historical and cultural features ofShanghai. It is a recreational pedestrian street with food, commerce, entertainment and culture based on the unique old building of Shikumen inShanghai. Based on the integration of the West and the East and the combinationof the old and the new, the traditional Shikumen Lane in Shanghai is integratedwith the new buildings full of modern feeling.Outside the door is a charming variety of stone Kumenalleyway, the door isa completely modern way of life, one step away, as if separated from the world, really through the sense of time and space! And the colorful streetperformances, new fashions of fashion activities, bring the dynamic fashion ofmodern fashion for the new world, become the leader of the modern trend.Shanghai Xintiandi rewrote the history of Shikumen, and injected new vitalityinto the Shikumen, which has already moved to historical relics.Xintiandi has become the new landmark of Shanghai, and it is the best placeto appreciate Shanghai's history, culture and modern life form. Covering an areaof 30000 square meters and a construction area of 60000 square meters, theShikumen complex retains the brick walls and roof tiles of that year. Visitorsseem to enter the time tunnel and return to the 1920s. But inside everybuilding, tailored to the lifestyle, rhythm and emotional world of modernurbanites in twenty-first Century, they become international galleries, boutiques, theme restaurants and coffee bars. The..0 distance covers all theattractions of Shanghai the Bund, Shanghai Xintiandi, Shanghai Forest Park andso on.At the beginning of the 21st century, Shikumen Lane in Shanghai is still aconcentrated expression of dilapidated, crowded and poor living conditions inthe minds of many young people. Fortunately, even so, there are still a group ofnostalgic literary masters who make architectural culture complex, so that manypeople find the beauty hidden behind it.In Shanghai Xintiandi Shanghai language, it is called "hoop" such as hoop, wrapped or wrapped by one thing, such as a hoop, so the building of the stonehoop gate is called "stone hoop gate" and then it is falsely called "Shikumen".It is generally believed that the main gate of this kind of building is made ofstone withsolid thick wood and a copper ring. Compared with traditional Chinesehouses, it tends to be conservative. Shikumen residence in Shanghai rose in the1860s. In 1860, the Taiping Army headed by Li Xiucheng, a loyal king, launchedan eastward movement to conquer Zhenjiang, Changzhou, Wuxi, Suzhou, Ningbo andother cities in southern Jiangsu and Northern Zhejiang, forcing tens ofthousands of refugees from southern Jiangsu and Northern Zhejiang to seek refugein Shanghai concession. In order to accept the refugees, the concessionmobilized businessmen to invest in housing construction. In order to make fulluse of the land, most of these houses were built as row connected Shikumen lanehouses. In order to cater to the traditional Chinese family living style,Shikumen not only imitates the western style houses, but also imitates thecommon houses in the south of the Yangtze River. After entering the door, thereis a patio. Behind the patio is the living room (called "guest hall" byShanghainese). Then there is the back patio. After the day after tomorrow, thereis the kitchen and the back door.On both sides of the patio and the guest hall are the left and right wingrooms. The layout of the second floor is basically similar to that of the groundfloor, except that the upper part of the kitchen is the "Pavilion", and theupper part is the sun terrace. Its representative buildings include xingrenli, which covers an area of 1.33 hectares, on the east side of Henan Middle Road, between Ningbo Road and Beijing Road, and dunrenli, mianyangli, Jixiang Li,etc., on xintoujie street, Zhongshan South Road. After the beginning of thiscentury, with the change of Shanghai residents' family structure to small familystructure, the living habits of residents have also changed significantly. Thestructure and style of Shikumen residence have changed. There are "singleentrance" (no wing room) and "two entrances" (one passenger hall and one wingroom) suitable for small families. It has a large scale, the lane is about 4meters wide, and the floors are mainly 2-3 floors; pavilions are set at thestair platform, and balconies are used in the facade; 20__ After the s, sanitaryequipment was generally installed. Its representative buildings include Jing'anvilla on Nanjing West Road and new mainland village on Shanyin road. After the1930s, due to the shortage of housing in Shanghai, some residents rented outtheir spare rooms to others, so most of the Shikumen changed their originaldesign intention and became a multi family house. The Shikumen residence, which is from childish to mature, constitutes aLane community with private space and public space interlaced. In thiscommunity, while enjoying personal space, it is easier for residents tocultivate a more harmonious and intimate neighborhood relationship. As a result,we all know exactly what we cook and what's going on in that family. With theincrease of residential density, residents gradually move their familyactivities to the public space in the lane, which further strengthens theoriginal neighborhood intimacy. In the meantime, there are more and morefrictions, whether between young people or between young people and old people. These frictions and quarrels are just about "you use more of my gas", "youinvade my territory" and so on.Shanghai Xintiandi Shikumen lane has more than 9000 places at most, accounting for more than 60% of the total residential area in Shanghai. Simplyfrom the perspective of architecture, Shikumen is the product of a specifichistorical period, which has a history of more than 100 years. Moreover, thespatial structure of some Shikumen is not suitable for theliving concept ofmodern people, so it is normal for them to disappear. In the early 1990s,Shanghai began large-scale reconstruction and development. Many old houses inShikumen have been demolished and replaced by high-rise buildings one by one.One by one, old houses full of nostalgia are gradually disappearing. Only thendo people realize that they want to preserve these unique "artworks" inShanghai.Shanghai Xintiandi rewrote the history of Shikumen, and injected newvitality into the Shikumen, which has already moved to historical relics.Walking in the new world is like returning time to the past. The green brickwalk, the red and green brick walls, the thick black paint gate and the lintelcarved with Baroque style swirling mountain flowers make tourists feel like theyare in Shanghai in the 1920s and 1930s. However, stepping into the interior ofeach building is very modern and fashionable. The original partition walls ofevery house have been completely opened, presenting a spacious space. Thecentral air conditioning is like spring all the year round. The European stylefireplace and sofa are adjacent to the eight immortals table and Taishi chair inthe East. The bar and coffee room are in harmony with the teahouse and Chineserestaurant. The modern oil painting and the vertical old phonograph on the wallare quietly pouring out the owner's cultural taste. Outside the door is theShikumen alley with all kinds of customs. Inside the door is a completely modernway of life. In this way, one step away, it feels like a world away. It reallyfeels like crossing time and space.新天地导游词英语篇3Shanghai Xintiandi is a city tourist attraction with the historical andcultural features of Shanghai and the integration of Chinese and Westerncultures. January, 2000 and opened to the public in Feb 25th of the year. The center offers exhibitions, data searching, study and exchange, education and leisure and sightseeing services. With the theme of “City, Human, Environment and Development,” the center has adopted high-tech facilities to display the overall urban planning in Shanghai and its achievements in this regard. This five-story building made of microlite glass, currently known as the world's largest showcase of urban development. It has a 1:200 giant model of the city center, covering 800 square meters. The roof of the center covers 3,000 square meters and is a grid in the shape of four petals of the white magnolia flower, the city flower. In its basement, there is a 45-meter-long mock scene of an old Shanghai street, featuring old city architecture and scenes.Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center is much more interesting than its dry namesuggests. Its highlight is on the third floor: an awesome vast scale model of urban Shanghai as it will look in 2020, a master plan full of endless skyscrapers punctuated occasionally by patches of green. The clear plastic models indicate structures yet to be built, and there are many of them.Beleaguered Shanghai residents wondering if their current crampeddowntown houses will survive the bulldozer(chances are not good)need only look here for the answer. The fourth floor also offers displays on proposed forms of future transportation, including maglev, subway, and light-rail trains that are going to change even the face of the Bund. The rest of the building includes a U-shaped mezzanine with photographic exhibits of colonial and contemporary Shanghai, a temporary exhibit hall on the second floor, and a cafe and art gallery on the fifth. There are restaurants and retail going to look like, take yourself over to this center on the eastern end of People's Square in Shanghai.Shanghai xintiandi profile Located in the center of Shanghai City south of Huaihai Zhong Lu, Shanghai Xin Tian Di has become an urban tourist attraction that holds the historical and cultural legacies of the city.Shanghai Xin Tian Di is a fashionable pedestrian street composed of Shikumen and modern architecture style.Shanghai Xin Tian Di is unique because of its concept of construction. It retains the antique walls, tiles and exterior of the Shikumen housing of old Shanghai. On the other hand, its interior embodies a totally different world of international gallery, bars and cafes, boutiques or theme restaurants. When you walk into Xin Tian Di, you will get the taste both of Shanghai in the 1920's and the sonic modern lifestyle of urbanites of the 21st century.Development Concept of Shanghai Xin Tian DiThe Shikumen Building appeared in the mid-1800's, and is a product of Chinese and Western architecture styles. In the early 1900's, it was the residential buildings of Shanghai citizens. The building represents modern Shanghai history and culture. However, with the development of the city, the formerly glorious Shikumen gradually faded out the historical stage as itcould no longer satisfy people's demands of residence. Thus, the idea of rebuilding Shikumen buildings was launched by the developer of Shanghai Xin Tian Di in 1997.As we all know, big cities or metropolises of the world all have their representative buildings which reflect the local history and culture, and which also become renowned tourists attractions.Shanghai Xin Tian Di was established with this phenomenon in mind. The result was to endow Shikumen building with new commercial value by changing its function of residence, changing old blocks into a new world full of life! Thus, not only the typical Shikumen architecture of Shanghai City was kept, but a block of commercial area was also developed by Shanghai Xin Tian Di.Xin Tian Di is divided into two parts: the South Block and the North Block. The South Block mainly consists of modern architecture with Shikumen architecture as an accompaniment. Its North Block kept the old Shikumen architecture style, forming a contrast to the modern South Block.South Block: As the complex of shopping, entertainment and leisure, the South Block covers 25,000 square meters(6.2 acres)and opened in the middle of 2002.This glass wall building has a very modern atmosphere.Besides restaurants from all over the world, boutiques, fashionable ornament shops, food courts, cinemas and one-stop fitness centers provide places of leisure and entertainment for customers and tourists from home and abroad.North Block: Composed of antique Shikumen buildings with inner modern design, decoration and equipment, the North Block features upscale stores andrestaurants with cuisine from different countries such as France, Brazil, America, Japan, Germany and Italy, fully revealing the international level of Shanghai Xin Tian Di.Xingye Lu, the dividing line between two blocks, is the site of First Congress Hallof the Communist Party of China. The Shikumen buildings along two sides of the street have become the scenery embodying both the historical and artistic features of Shanghai.Xin Tian Di attracts the eyes of people from all over the world.Famous stars open their restaurants or shops in Xin Tian Di, which become good places for fans to communicate with their idols.Except for that, the fascinating cabaret and cellar dinning room of the French restaurant, the inspiring rock music played by the Japanese music restaurant and the folk performance of South America in the Brazilian restaurant leave people with great impressions.Shanghai Xin Tian Di is where 'yesterday and tomorrow meet in Shanghai today'.It embodies the comfortable and convenient life of the 21st century, having all conveniences such as an automatic elevator, central air-conditioner and broadband network. Its boutique keeps in pace with international fashion. Also, the typical Shikumen buildings of old Shanghai seem to be telling people beautiful stories about the history and culture of the city.Shanghai Xin Tian Di has become the best place for tourists to appreciate the history and modern life of the city, and is also a meeting place for local citizens and foreign visitors. Two kilometers away from Xin Tian Di, there is a place of the same kind, called , which is also a welcoming art street in Shanghai.Shikumen“Shikumen”, meaning “stone gate” , is a special old form of residence in Shanghai. In many ways, it is indeed a gateway to the fascinating history of this largest coastal city of China. In the middle of the 19th century, the uprising of the “Taiping Heavenly Kingdom” forced a large number of residents from Shanghai and its neighbouring Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces to take refuge in the city's foreign concessions. To meet the needsof the rapidly increasing population, “Shikumen” houses were built in the foreign concessions on an unprecedented scale.A typical “Shikumen” house is built along narrow alleys(or “long-tangs”)and features a s tone gate framing a black wooden front door that leads into a small enclosed courtyard. This unique architectural setting provided residents with a feeling of security in a turbulent era, and as most of them were developed by foreign companies, “Shikumen” h ouses had gradually become a symbol of East meeting West in Shanghai.第二篇:上海城市规划馆观后感2008131班20082569黄肖滢上海城市规划馆观后感2010年上海将承办世界博览会,这似乎是世人皆知的事,但身为上海人,对世博究竟了解多少?恐怕并不尽人意。

An overview of Shanghai
Good morning ladies and gentleman , my English name is Alocasia, working for Shanghai China International Travel Service. Now I would like to give all of you a brief introduction of shanghai.
Shanghai has a monsoon climate which is warm and humid , the average annual temperature is 16 degree Celsius. But you are arrived here in a high temperature, although you should keep calm.
Generally speaking, Shanghai is a charming city where east meets west and yesterday meets tomorrow. We would like say that if you want to see the future of china, please come to shanghai.
Shanghai is a big city which has been divided into two parts: Pudong and Puxi. Many years ago ,a popular saying indicative of the shanghainese ['ʃæŋhai'ni:z] attitude towards Pudong went, ”A bed in Puxi is better than a room in Pudong.” Now if we compare Shanghai to a dragon, Pudong is its head.
You can find three tallest building in shanghai-the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, symbol of the city ; The 88-story Jinmao Tower and the 492-meter tall World Financial Center with the most expensive hotel-Park Hyatt Hotel inside. Also a typical example of shanghai-styled architecture is the Shikumen houses, which are a combination of European town houses and the chinese courtyard , incorporating the Chinese design with the western architecture.
Up to now, shanghai is regarded as the five center of china, the financial, trading , transportation, conference and fashion centers. We have 11metro lines in shanghai, The transportation system is well supplied, we even have a maglev train, and its speed is 431 kilometers per hour.

Xintiandi
Now we are in XinTianDi, which means” new heaven and earth.” This is a new entertainment spot as well as the new landmark of shanghai.
As you know, shikumen, the unique architectural style, has been called a fusion of eastern and western cultures, once very popular in 1930s’.
A typical shikumen building features a pair of black wooden doors framed by heavy stone, with an extravagant bronze handle on each of the doors. With the city’s development, the old shikumen is replaced by the new apartment step by step. Some people are worried that in 21st century, there will be no original shikumen houses in Shanghai any more. But fortunately, in xintiandi, shikumen has successful survived.
Shakespear said,”God gives woman one face , and the woman made themselves another.” XinTianDiis just like the night look of such a lady ,who is smart ,elegant and extremely beautiful. Actually XinTianDi is divided into two parts: the south Block and the North Block by Xingye road .In the south block , modern architecture is the motif while shikumen is an accompaniment . In the north ,preserved shikumen set a nostalgic tone , forming a splendid contrast with the modernity to the south . The two blocks are stuffed with modern restaurants, clubs, cafes and boutiques, on a delightful maze of cobbled streets. The modern facilities are accessorized with old bricks, stone gates and ornately carved wooden balconies from the dense warren of old courtyard houses that previously filled those blocks. What’s more, xintiandi’s night is extremely dynamic and colorful. Especially after 10 o’clock, people of different nationalities, of different colors, of different languages come here to enjoy the most beautiful night of shanghai.。
