本单元中，在李明等人坐火车去北京的情境下，学生要学习祈使句和现在进行时，本课为本单元的第二课，课题为“What Are You Doing?”。
是在第一课祈使句学习的基础上的一堂会话课，学生将深入祈使句的理解，并初次系统感知并理解现在进行时。
