该对话发生在学校设立的失物招领处, 张鹏在学校的失物招领处通过Miss White帮助寻找丢失的书包。
〔Why〕通过对话学习，使学生能够理解与体会语言结构与思维认知规律，即按照由表及里的顺序描述书包，同时培养学生爱护书包、爱护文具用品的意识。
〔How〕该对话是张鹏与Miss White之间的对话，涉及介绍书包特征的词汇，如toy,notebook,以及问答书包颜色与书包内物品的核心语言，如Whatco lor is it? What’s in it?该篇对话由三个话轮组成。
第一话轮中Miss White询问张鹏书包的颜色What color is it? 第二话轮中老师询问书包内物品What’s in it？第三话轮中，老师依据张鹏的描述找到书包还给张鹏Here it is.问题的提出符合孩子语言思维认知的层次与水平，将语言与生活建立连接，体现了语言的时代性、基础性、工具性与人文性。
