手把手教新手通过料号找图纸以及如何看懂笔记本电路图

什么是代工:因为很多像联想、惠普、戴尔这样的大型计算机公司自己并不具体去生产产品(甚至不从事研发),而是依托品牌优势、成形的销售渠道,以OEM/ODM 形式拥有自己品牌产品,所以我更愿意称其为品牌运营商。
OEM 与ODM:OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer,初始设备制造商),ODM(Original Design Manufacturer,原始设计制造商)。
两者的区别在于OEM 代工厂不负责产品的研发,只管生产,不能将相关资料外泄,不得将产品提供给第三方;ODM 则是设备制造商自己拥有产品的知识产权,可以对产品进行全权处置,甚至可以提供成型产品,让品牌运营商看样订货。
所以ODM 会出现同一款机型为不同品牌运营商所采用的事情,比如方正T5800D、TCL C610、长城E2000 都是精英的G550。
当然,品牌运营商也可以买断某款机型,从而避免发生前面的问题。
目前主要从事代工的笔记本生产厂家有Clevo(蓝天)、Compal(仁宝)、ECS(精英)、FIC (大众)、Foxconn(富士康)、Inventec(英业达)、Mitac(神通)、Quanta(广达)、Twinhead (伦飞)、Uniwill(志和)、Wistron(纬创)等。
Clevo(蓝天)以生产廉价机为主,它拥有自有品牌,在欧洲有一定知名度,但在国内并不为人所知。
其客户涵盖了方正、清华同方、Haier(海尔)等。
Compal(仁宝)是一家老牌笔记本生产厂商,出货量极大,几乎与世界及国内各知名品牌都有联系。
它同时拥有自有品牌,但在国内并不为人所熟知。
ECS(精英)以生产低档机为主,另一笔记本生产厂商Uniwill(志和)已被其收购。
ECS 以采用SIS630芯片组的自有品牌移动PC 成功打开了笔记本市场。
目前其客户涵盖了方正、清华同方、Haier(海尔)以及GW(长城)等。
FIC(大众)是最早为Lenovo(联想)进行代工的笔记本生产厂商,两者合作时间比较长,但目前已不再继续合作。
