教学一开始我就遇到了种种问题。
有一大部分学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的情绪。
从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。
从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。
面对如此多的问题，我决定从学生的学习兴趣、学习方法和学习习惯方面去入手解决。
现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：一、要从自身找原因，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。
自己先要想办法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思考，乐奉献。
给学生一份爱，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的英语课。
因为兴趣是最好的老师，当学生喜欢上你的课了，专心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗？在培养学生学习兴趣方面，我做了如下工作：（一）、用爱去灌溉学生。
首先用心地给学生一份爱。
因为爱可以融化人与人之间的隔阂，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。
我们要在日常生活接触中体现爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学习上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。
