廖彩杏英文绘本130本周计划廖彩杏总是很诚心的告诉对方：“与其花钱去补习班，有规律的听英文有声故事，不仅经济实惠，而且效果更好。
”因为孩子的听觉潜力，真是不可限量！她有计画的寻找合适的有声书，掌握“定时、定量、循环”的原则，自己在家营造外语环境。
廖彩杏的书单没有严格的年龄之分，但因为很多都可以唱，且是有重复与押韵的性质、绘本具有很强的故事性、连贯性，所以不同年龄段的孩子都能在其中找到自己的最爱。
建议孩子在学习的过程中不用做硬性的要求，不要要求孩子一定要掌握到什么程度，他们喜欢，愿意去听也是很重要的，跟着旋律律动、唱歌也是孩子们学习的方式。

花几万块上兴趣班，不如把廖彩杏130书单读透彻（1）廖彩杏130本详细书单，分成套装篇和单本篇，将近4万字，这特别庞大的工程，我花了近半个月时间，才全部整理完。
我喜欢做事就做到透彻，如果大家能通过这两篇文章，能对廖书单有个更全面清晰的了解，那敲字敲到手麻也值得啦~丹妈作为一枚廖粉，几年前也是在疯狂专研英语启蒙的道路中，因为“廖彩杏书单”，才知道有廖彩杏这一牛妈，从此研究起来一发不可收拾。

介绍廖单一句话就够了：这是国内最有名、流传最广的三大英语启蒙书单之一！（另外两个是吴敏兰书单和汪培珽书单）我之前有看到廖粉用一句话介绍廖彩杏和她的“英文有声书学习法”，那就是【史上最接地气的启蒙导师】和【史上最简单易执行、省钱又效率的幼儿英文学习法】可以说，按照她的书单和方法去给孩子英语启蒙，这绝对是上班族/哑巴英语/懒癌妈妈们的一大福音啊！！廖彩杏在她的《用有声书轻松听出英语力》中，提出用一年的时间，52周，听130本有声绘本，按照每周3本左右的进度，即可将孩子的英语启蒙搞定。

我过去也是每天祷告，但是往往都是饭前睡前祷告，想到了事情祷告，也⽤祷告本，但也不是天天写下来。
在2017年的末尾，我尝试了每天晨祷晚祷，发现效果特别好。
所以新⼀年，我理想的信仰⽣活是这样计划的： 1、早晨起来晨祷，读⼀⼩篇灵修⽂章； ——其实晨祷对我来说是很不容易的事情。

2、中午读⼀章箴⾔； ——我觉得箴⾔真是很好的提醒，让我明辨是⾮也更有智慧，很值得反复读，甚⾄全部背下来。
如果⼀天读⼀章，⼀个⽉正好⼀轮。
3、晚上⼗点开始祷告，每天都为今天遇见的有需要的⼈祷告； ——设置10点，主要是给⾃⼰⼀个时间点，到了时间就去做该做的事情。
我不想因为各种事情⼀忙活就没时间祷告了。
过去我并不是每天都为别⼈祷告。
其实我每天都遇见很多需要祷告的⼈和事，但是当天不祷告，常常之后就忘记了。
我是家⾥独⽣⼥，对⼈家的感情其实⼀直很淡漠，我希望借着这个习惯，让我可以越来越关注到别⼈的需要。
神在最近也借着很多事情⿎励我，⽐如就在前⼏个星期，我为⼀个姐妹祷告，她已经有三个⼉⼦，肚⼦⾥的⽼四B超做出来⼜是⼉⼦。
