国外客户来访要做的准备

在毕业的一段时间后来到了现在做挤压氧化生产线流水线--大型机器的这家公司,可以说我一个人从零开始,公司刚开始甚至连邮箱,网站都没有,什么都没有,甚至连产品图都少之又少,我从网上搜集图片,发布产品图片,到PS图片,翻译产品说明,通过借鉴同行业网站中的关键词,不断地参加阿里巴巴的培训,自学不断地为自己充电,就这样周而复始地重复着发布产品图片,从0到现在的1700个产品图片,才渐渐有了询盘,邮件的跟进,到接待客户.前期2年的推广换来了如今的小小硕果(3月份接了三个单子,在同一天收到货款)-200多万¥的单子在3月份落下帷幕,期间有过迷茫,有过想放弃的念头,但是我始终相信坚持总会看到收获胜利果实的曙光.

来访前的准备

a)准备谈判文档资料(产品目录,报价单,技术图纸,技术参数,能耗表等),笔记本,草稿纸,茶叶或者咖啡,水果等

b)在会议桌上摆好相对应的来访国家以及中国的旗帜体现友好

c)接机时可以捧着一束花以表示欢迎来到上海

d)在还未来之前给买家发送一份来访期间的天气表以便买家出行带好衣服

e)如果买家用的是中国号,那么可以为其充值.如果是国外的号码,那么可以买国际长途卡17908以便买家与外界联系

f)如果遇上周末,可以带客户去上海的名胜古迹看看以便给买家留下深刻印象

g)回去之前给买家带点喜爱的茶叶---乌龙茶,咖啡豆等

做好了这些,我想客户对我们的印象在逐步提升,当客户想要买产品的时候自然会想到我们,相信周到贴心的服务能够感染到我们的客户,总有一天客户要买产品的时候会想到我们的。

我对这单成交的总结如下:

1.买家的采购速度---急需采购型(价格决定快,催促做合同并快递原件)

2.图片要与其他供应商与众不同,这样被买家找到的几率更高

3.办公室放置一些平时买家来看厂的实体照以便获得买家的信任

4.沟通过程中记录很重要----比如我记录完了,买家过来看并点头说明这种方式得到认可

5.在未付款前做些事情让买家更加信任并加分,比如我参加阿里巴巴比赛的照片给买家看,那无形当中给自己公司加分

6.在买家未要求送到机场时,我们可以主动提出送买家,这样给买家一种亲切感

7.给买家送礼物(貔貅手链,娃娃,帽子等)根据所好以表心意

来访后的总结

1.察言观色:比如了解来自不同国家买家的喜好(在访厂时以及就餐时最为实际),另外在就餐时帮助买家夹菜体现细心(有些菜用刀叉很难夹住),一个细微的动作给买家留下深刻的印象.

2.谈判技巧:当谈到价格时一定要写在草稿纸上或者记录本上以便后续的跟进,同时记录一些在谈判时买家提到重要的的点,回到办公室后整理一份发给买家

3.职业忌讳:如果客户使用我们电脑的时候,最好不要站在旁边或者远离;避免客户产生质疑,这个细节体现了一个人的职业素养..此外,提醒买家sign out邮箱

4.投其所好:每当客户来时应该注意听并观察

A.比如客户三次来看厂并洽谈时都戴着一顶帽子,那可以根据他戴的风格来挑选一款送以买

家.

B.比如买家经常提到自家小孩,那么可以择其天线宝宝娃娃送给他

C.贸易商提到是开餐馆的那么送个招财进宝的一定会很开心的.

这些只是针对我的客户而言的,那不同的买家可以根据实际情况而定.

5.注重礼仪:在接待买家时,选择买家所在国忌讳的颜色之外的衣服等
