我觉得网络游戏可以给我们带来快乐，但如果沉迷其中，也会产生许多害处。
当我们完成所有学习任务后，适当地玩一玩电脑，可以使我们的身心得到放松，劳逸结合，娱乐之后可以解除学习的疲劳，以更好地状态进入下面的学习。同时，不同类型的游戏也会使我们得到不同的锻炼，益智游戏可锻炼脑力，敏捷游戏锻炼可敏捷能力，策略游戏可提高智力。这便是玩游戏的好处。
