屏蔽 2T 配置的剩余电感是固定的,因为保 护屏蔽中流过的感应电流与中心导体中流过 的电流大小相同而方向相反。这一感应电流 有助于屏蔽测量电流产生的磁通量,使剩余 电 缆电 感 保 持 一 个 较小的固定值。反 之,3 T 配置中没有形成返回电流路径。这种配置中 的剩余电感取决于电缆的随机布设状态。由 于电缆的布设不受控制,因此难以保持剩余 电感为稳定的固定量值。测试环境的振动也 会改变测量电缆的剩余电感,造成其不稳定 的量值。人们很难补偿 3T 配置中测量电缆 的剩余电感。这有时也被称作“返回路径问 题”,如果 3T 配置中电缆末端的保护屏蔽 不能 短 路 在一起,就 会产 生 这一问题。您可 按照图 2 所示的方法连接保护屏蔽来解决 这一问题。

频率相关性

测试信号电平相关性
测试信号 (AC) 可能会影响一些器 件的阻抗特性。E4990A 能够扫描 5 mVrms 至 1 Vrms (1 mV 分辨率) 的 测试信号电压范围或 200 μArms 至 20 mArms (20 μA 分辨率) 的测试信号 电流范围,以便精确地评测器件阻抗 随着信号电平的变化。E4990A 的 ALC 功能可以精确地控制测试信号电压或 电流,即便在扫描过程中器件阻抗可 能改变,ALC 功能仍能确保信号电平 设置值等同于被测器件 (DUT) 真实信 号电平。
