一、指导思想
学习推广三疑三探教学模式，必须以培养未来社会所需要的创新型人才为宗旨，以培养学生适应未来社会应具备的能力为目标，以学生终身发展的需要为出发点，以新课改的理念为指导，以学习、实践、创新为原则，以提高课堂教学效率为目标，以改革课堂教学结构、优化课堂教学模式、减轻学生过重课业负担为重点，大力推进新课程改革，进一步强化学校的精细化管理，从而全面提高教育教学质量。
二、实施目标

（1）备课（20%）按照三疑三探教学模式一般操作流程进行教学设计。

（60%）每节课充分体现三疑三探教学模式，并敢于创新。
（3）作业：
（10%）：
1-3年级做到没有课外作业；5-6年级做到基本不留课外作业或做课外作业时间不超过30分钟；7-9年级做课外作业时间不超过50分钟。
（4）成果：
（10%）：
教学论文（每篇5分）；课题研究（结题10分）；优质课竞赛（第一名：
