几年的英语教学的课改的实施，我们很多的英语教师也会用新颖的，独创的小学英语教学方法来教学新知识，但在英语教学的课堂上还是出现低效的现象，教研组长从备课，上课，反思，作业，考查几方面着手作了如何加强课堂教学的常规给我们指明了小学英语教师的教学要求以及如何更准确把握课堂，在报告中明显提出备课中要非常的明确每节课的技能目标，课堂中要设计有效的教学活动，课后要进行积极的反思，作业要落实到位，要少而精，真正提高40分钟的效率，才能提高学生的综合语言的运用能力。
从教研组长的讲座中让我感受到作为一节实效课，课堂的结尾部分学生的输出信息（学生会做什么，会说什么，会演什么）的多少完全在于课堂中每个环节是否落实到位。
二、重视基本功的训练，提高效率作为一名小学英语教师，教师基本功的训练不仅要教给学生的语言知识，教师自身的行为，有效的教具的创作绝对是吸引学生的有效手段之一。

此外关于教具的制作我们还学到了不少的经验。

三、投入丰富的情感，激发兴趣在英语教学研讨中，至今认为英语教学费时费力、效果差的观点仍然普遍。
很多的小学英语教师都有一个疑惑？我专心的投入为何我的课堂收益不大，武晓霞老师从学生的情感出发，告诉我们教学作为语言教学的一个过程，同时也是一个情感交流的过程。
接着武老师从自身的教学实践谈起，以自身情感投入，赏识关爱学生，如何正确把握情感教育来激发学生的学习兴趣，以“三个带进”来优化教学氛围。
1、把激情带进课堂。
总是以饱满、高昂的激情和良好的心境上好每一堂课，寓教于乐。
不管个人、家里有多大难以处理的事，都不把个人的情绪带到课堂。
2．把微笑带进课堂。

（2）内容分割的连续性。
划定备课任务应考虑到教材内容的内在联系，保持其内容的连续性，一般应依据教材的章（节）来划分较为合适，切忌人为地将教材割裂开来。
不然，容易将整块的内容零乱分散，学生很难对它有一个整体的认识。
（3）集体备课不等于统一教案。
集体备课，更注重的是教师个性化的劳动，它要求教师从过去不分轻重缓急备整册教材，转变为现在集中精力，深入钻研，精心备好一单元或者几个单元的教学内容，最重要的是不是第一次的备课好了，等你拿到教案的时候，并不意味着你的备课也完成了。
