20XX年4月23日，在葛老师的组织下，我们通过网络进行了一次英语网上教研活动，听了两位赴上海学习的教师的心得体会；又通过电脑观摩了两位英语老师的示范课，感觉赏心悦目，回味无穷。
对我们年轻教师来说，又是一次宝贵的学习机会。
参加完这次活动我写下了自己的感受。

一、课堂是学生的舞台，学生是课堂的主任。
这次活动后使我回想到我上学时学英语时，老师在上面讲，我们在下面听；老师在黑板上写，我们在本子上抄。
老师是中心，课堂气氛不活跃，甚至同桌都不交流，自己在那里默默地学。
今天我看到现在的学生已成为课堂的主人，参与老师组织的各种活动，并与老师、同学积极交流。
体验英语学习的快乐，真实交际。
“以学生为中心，以人为本”的教学理念是新课程改革所倡导的。
两位老师都积极贯彻了这一新的教学理念。
在学生的小组调查活动，学生用自己学过的英语交流，展示自己的英语水平，整个课堂师生互动，生生互动，不再是以前的单纯读写，而是课堂生活化了，所学的知识也在真实情境中得到应用。
二、精心设计课堂活动，注重实效。
现在的英语课，老师增大了语言的输入量，教学资源更加丰富了，这给学生创造了许多的机会说英语。
课前根据学生的特点，设计有效的课堂活动，提高了课堂质量。
大量实物图片的运用，有效地触发了学生的感知，调动了学生学习英语的积极性。
老师的全英语教学，无形中锻炼了学生的听力，有利于培养学生用英语思维的习惯。
学生能在老师布置的任务中有出色地表现，激发了学生进一步学习的愿望。
在教学中我们都追求一个目标——让学生真正学到知识并运用知识，感受学习英语的乐趣，不能只搞花样活动，而没有实效。
三、重视评价，关注学生的情感。
英语课并不是只学单词、课文、句型、对话，不是知识的累加，而是一个综合体。
学生学的每一单元的内容都是有思想的，都是一些很好的教育材料，我们应该让学生接受到英语课的情感教育。
学生只是学一些词和句子并没有什么意义，现在学生的学习压力很大，有些学生态度冷淡，情感单一，这两位老师都考虑到了对学生的情感教育。
都关注了学生的情感态度培养，我们应该向他们学习。
四、娴熟、流畅、优美、纯正的课堂用语。

人教云教研英语培训心得一、重新认识了自我通过学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语教师，尤其是像我这样刚踏入工作不久的年轻教师来说，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质。
在英语的探究过程中，教师不再把英语知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的，也不再把主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上，而是成为学习共同体中的成员，在问题面前教师和孩子们一起寻找答案，在探究英语的道路上教师成为学生的伙伴和知心朋友。
骆老师在给我们上课的过程中就用她自己的教学方式，给我们输入了这样的思想。
二、英语基础知识和基本技能有了一次质的飞跃这次基础知识专业的培训对我来说，无疑是一个莫大的收获。
语音、听力、口语、写作对我的英语水平有了一个很大的促进。
尤其是骆老师的语音课，由原来不知如何正确发音到现在基本标准，且较清楚地了解如何教学生的英语发音，真是大有收获。
语言学习只有在有意义和有目的的活动中才会发生。
通过专家教师的精心讲解，让我了解了如何较好的进行英语的听、说、读、写的教学，我们的英语教学法让学生有较沉重的压力，而不会感到学习的快乐，事实上每一项能力的教学都可以教得非常有趣。
优秀教师的做法让我很受启发。
很多时候我们的学生不愿开口说英语是因为没有安全的语言环境。
强调词汇和语法知识使教师经常当众打断学生的发言，让学生觉得很尴尬，长此以往，学生就不愿当众用英语交流了。
因而，要提高学生的听说能力，首先要给学生创造一个安全的语言环境。
在安全的语言环境，教师注重交流的内容而不是词汇和语法的正确性。
利用自我纠错能力，学生在不断的交流中就能提高听说能力了。
只有在不断的练习中，学生的口语能力才会不断的提高。
通过这次培训学习，还使我们明白了应该树立终生学习、终身培训的意识，不断更新观念，勤于学习，与时俱进。
随着经济国际化全球化的发展，英语词汇的不断更新，社会需求对英语教师的口语、语音、技能等水平要求会越来越高，如果教师不注意加强自身的学习，势必会被动挨打，还误人子弟。

人教云教研小学英语心得体会很荣幸能有机会参与本次小学英语云教研研修，通过为期六天的云教研研修学习，我进一步认识到自己之前在教学中的各种不足与需要改进的地方，在学术论坛中当我的意见与专家一致时，我的心情格外舒畅，当我的做法与专家不一致时我的心情会顿时跌入谷底，很想重新再做一遍。

在教学中教学目标是一堂课的基础和指引其他活动都是为此服务的，教学中每一个环节都应该在完成时检查一下是否达到了目标，不能光图图文并茂等而忽视了教学目标的达成与实现。
其次，课堂教学思路更加清晰。
这次研修体现了以教材为素材和载体以学生为主题，运用符合教材和学生的先进微课程为教学指引，充分体现了学习英语的听、说、读、写的积极性，有利于充分调动学生的积极性和实践能力。
再次，认识到老师在教学当中与学生的关系。
专家指出任何目标都要充分考虑学生的主体地位，要做到学生是上帝这一观念。
要吧自己摆在学生的地位来考虑问题；要让学生去体验学习过程，让学生学习以后知道自己该干什么，能干什么，要干什么；应该把学生的实践摆在我教学的最核心的地位，让学生在真实的语言情景中运用语言，真正实现英语的交际工具的地位做到“学以致用”。

三、重视评价，关注学生的情感。
英语课并不是简单地知识的累加，而是一个综合体。
每一单元的内容都是有思想的，都是很好的教育材料，应该把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。
简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义，有些学生态度冷淡，情感脆弱，关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。
一句鼓励的话，让学生兴奋，促使他们集中精力，积极完成课堂上的各种教学活动。

这种学习方式的改变，将导致师生关系的改变，使教师长期以来的高高在上的“传道、授业、解惑”的地位发生变化，教师从“知识的权威”转变到“平等地参与学生的研究”，从“知识的传递者”转变成“学生英语探究的促进者、组织者和指导者”。
