院发[2022]1 号★为鼓励学院教师发表高质量的学术论文，不断增强学院的学术影响力，院学术委员会研究决定在学校2022 年期刊分类的基础上，根据期刊的学术水平和最新影响力，结合学科的发展，对管理类及相关学术期刊的分类进行动态调整。
为规范学术期刊的分类，制订本办法。
一、英文期刊的分类根据SCI/SSCI 期刊的影响因子，结合UTD24 和FT45，将英文期刊分为T、A、B、C 和D 五类。
1.T 类期刊美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校发布的24 种期刊，简称UTD24, 见附件一。
2.A 类期刊A 类英文期刊包括以下两类：(1)不属于T 类期刊，但属于《金融时报》界定的45 种学术期刊，简称FT45，见附件二；(2)不属于UTD24 、FT45，但其影响因子排名属某类主题(Subject categories)前25%的SCI/SSCI 期刊。
3.B 类期刊B 类英文期刊包括以下两类：(1)不属于T 类、A 类，但其影响因子排名属某类主题前50% 的SCI 期刊；(2) SSCI 收录的其它期刊和A&HCI 收录的期刊。
4.C 类期刊C 类期刊包括SCI 收录的其它期刊。
5.D 类期刊ABI 收录的英文期刊和EI Compendex 收录的英文期刊。
二、中文期刊的分类中文期刊分为A、B、D 三类，分类原则如下：1．国家自然科学基金委管理科学A 类、B 类重要学术期刊分别被认定为中文B 类、D 类期刊； (见附件三)2．其它中文期刊的类别可参照学校其它院系的期刊分类来认定；(见附件三)3．ABI 收录的中文期刊论文和EI Compendex 收录的中文期刊论文为中文D 类论文。
4．全国MBA “百篇优秀教学案例”视同中文B 类论文；5．国家级、省部级主要领导批示的政策建议分别视同中文B 类、D 类论文。
三、几点说明1 、UT/DALLAS 和金融时报界定的期刊均依据最新出版年份确定, SCI/SSCI 期刊的排序根据JCR 期刊最新影响因子确定。
