• When the guests finish taking their meals, they should make it at once.

收餐完毕推车出房后,应转身向客人道别, 并随手关好房门

• 3.将餐车上保温灯点燃,确保菜品温度。
• 4.菜肴按规定用保鲜膜封盖。
