《国际贸易理论与实务A》教学大纲
《国际贸易实务A》教学大纲英语名称：International Trade Practice A一、课程目标1、课程性质《国际贸易实务A》着重从国际商务操作的实用性出发，介绍相关的国际贸易知识。
本课程的开设是为了着重培养读者的自学和动手能力、理解能力以及动态思维能力，该书以出口贸易的基本过程为主线，它通过出口贸易的报价，以模拟设定的具体出口商品为背景，针对出口贸易中业务函电的草拟、商品价格的成本核算、交易条件的磋商、买卖合同的签订、出口货物的托运订舱、报关验货、信用证的审核与修改等主要业务操作技能。
是一门方针政策与业务技术相结合、理论与实际相结合的政策性和实践性很强的课程2、教学方法综合运用理论讲授、案例分析、课堂讨论和课后练习等方法。
3、课程学习目标和基本要求（1）学习目标通过教学与实践，使学生系统地学习国际贸易理论和实务，了解国际贸易的基本理论，掌握国际贸易的基本程序、基本做法，熟悉进出口业务的各个环节，掌握国际上一些通行的惯例和普遍实行的原则，以便按国际规范办事，在贸易做法上加速同国际市场接轨，促进我国经济发展。
（2）基本要求通过学习，要求学生熟练掌握进出口业务工作的基本环节和外贸合同的各项交易条件，熟练地进行合同条款的谈判及外贸合同的签订与履行工作，同时对违反合同的现象能合理预防并妥善处理好索赔、理赔工作；能全面地熟练掌握国际贸易实务的基本理论知识和实际操作技能，为学习后续课程打下坚实的基础，从而具备国际商务人才应有的良好的综合素质。

本课程旨在通过采用双语教学的方式，帮助学生准确地理解国际贸易理论与实务专业内容，即掌握有关国际贸易的基本理论、政策和措施，国际货物买卖合同的基本条款内容，懂得合同洽谈与签订的法律程序，熟悉进出口合同履行各个环节的具体内容及注意问题等，同时提高学生借助英语阅读专业文献、获取最新专业信息、进行专业国际交流等方面的能力，为将来从事与国际经济贸易相关的理论研究或实际工作打下基础。
二、教学基本要求教学内容上既要注重基本理论、基本知识、基本技能的传授和培养，也要注重引导同学们课前课后阅读大量与本课程相关的英文学习材料，包括英文拓展阅读材料、英文案例等；教学过程中突出理论与实际的紧密结合、教与学的充分互动；教学形式上课堂讲授与案例讨论、实际演练以及教学录相片观看相结合；教学语言上英语为主（70-80%），汉语为辅（20-30%）；成绩评价上平时练习、小测验、案例讨论及期末考试整体考察。
三、教学基本内容本课程教学的基本内容有两大部分：第一部分国际贸易理论与政策，包括十章内容，即国际贸易导论、古典国际贸易理论、新古典国际贸易理论、当代国际贸易理论、保护贸易理论、进口关税、非关税壁垒、出口促进和其他政策、区域经济一体化、关贸总协定与世界贸易组织。
第二部分国际贸易实务，包括八章内容，即品质数量与包装条款、国际贸易价格、国际贸易运输、海上运输货物保险条款、国际贸易支付、商检、索赔、不可抗力和仲裁、出口合同的洽商与合同的签订、出口合同的履行。

本课程是在总结我国对外贸易实践经验和结合国际通行的贸易惯例与习惯做法基础上形成和发展起来的一门应用型、操作性较强的学科。
通过本课程学习，使学生掌握外贸业务的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，了解进出口交易程序和买卖合同条款的拟定方法和技巧。
先修课程是《国际贸易概论》，后修课程有《国际结算》等。
二、教学目标该课程的教学目标是使学生理解和掌握国际贸易实务的的基本原理、基本知识和实务应用能力。
在教学过程中，应注意培养学生的独立学习、独立分析能力，使学生具备用国际贸易实务的基础原理和实务知识开展动手操作的能力。
通过本课程的教学应实现以下目标：了解国际货物买卖的基本法律知识和贸易规则；掌握基本的业务技能，能较熟练地开展外贸业务环节的业务程序和办理业务手续，规范缮制各种业务单证。
三、教学内容（一）第一章国际贸易的基本流程和适用的法律主要内容：国际贸易的基本流程；国际贸易所适用的法律法规。
教学要求：掌握国际货物买卖、买卖合同和进出口业务的基本概念、特点、要素及程序，为以下各章内容奠定基础；在国际贸易实务总体内容基础上确定从业人员的素质结构，从而明确学习者知识、能力的努力目标。
重点、难点：重点在于国际贸易的基本流程；难点在于国际贸易所适用的法律法规。

（二）第二章国际贸易交易前的准备主要内容：国际商品市场调研；企业进入国际市场的渠道；制定进出口商品经营方案；出口商品商标的国外注册。
教学要求：了解国际商品市场调研的方法、出口商品商标的国外注册程序；掌握企业进入国际市场的渠道，会制定进出口商品经营方案。
重点、难点：重点在于企业进入国际市场的渠道；难点在于出口商品商标的国外注册。

该课程为国际经济与贸易规划丛书，教学形式为案例导入+知识讲授++拓展延伸。
相对于纯理论知识的枯燥讲解方式，本书结合案例与实训内容，让学员学习到更实用的知识。
平时对学生的考核内容包括出勤情况、在线学习习题完成情况、课堂讨论等方面，占期末总评的50%。
期末考试成绩占期末总评的50%。
