交换申请准备

1，交换申请的一般流程

根据自己的意愿选择想要申请的学校(只能申请一所)→准备网申需要的材料→提交材料→等待通知→面试→等候最后录取名单→国合or对方学校联系你提

交指定材料→准备材料→对方学校审核材料(最终录取权在对方学校手里，所以申请时一定要看清楚自己是否满足对方学校对于交换生的全部要求。主要办法为上对方学校官网。再罗嗦一句，以前出现过因为对方学校根本不要这个学生所学的专业而悲剧的情况。)→收到最后的confirmation→联系宿舍、签证、机票等(宿舍一定要趁早联系，国外大部分地方的宿舍都很Limited，需要去抢。还有的学校宿舍费用比外面的房子要贵很多，这时要及时自己联系租房)

2，交换申请的常见问题

①申请的学校只能是一所么?万一我悲剧了怎么办?

国合能够申请的学校确实只有一所，申请多所会被取消资格。但是如果悲剧了，还是有调剂的机会的。比如A申请芝加哥大学没有成功，国合会发邮件告诉你哪些学校还有空名额，如果你有强烈交换意愿，你可以选择还有空名额的。当然这些有空名额的学校大部分都比较冷门，但是也不排除有一些不错的选择，比如斯德哥尔摩大学、乌普萨拉大学等欧洲英语授课学校。

②我现在还没有托福没有雅思没有鸡阿姨，现在考已经来不及了，肿么破?

这个问题暂时不需要担心。因为申请项目的时候，有四六级，国合也是承认的，只不过一旦被录取以后，有一些学校会要求你那时再提供达标的托福成绩。也就是说，你可以现在赶快抢个考位去考托福，然后先拿四六级申请着，只要在对方学校要材料之前拿到达标的托福成绩即可。对方学校一般会在你要交换学期的前一学期开学的时候与你取得联系。

③申请需要的英语成绩和绩点大概多少啊?

这个绝对因项目而异，即使是非常热门的项目，如去年的墨尔本和UCLA，要求也没有大家想象中的那么高。托福100左右(99、98也可以)或四六级600+貌似是一个比较重要的标准。绩点的话，貌似热门项目基本都是3.4以上的。(纯经验值，没啥科学依据)。其实国际合作部主要卡的是参与面试的人数，而不是真的拿指标去卡。如果一个需要4个人的项目，大概有8个人报，他们一般简历就不会筛人了，主要靠面试。硬件指标只在极度热门的项目中有重要作用。【友情提示】那个所谓的加州大学，包括加州系统的所有大学，包括伯克利，所以可以将之约等于UCB的交换。

④欧洲的学校是不是都是非英语授课啊?

据我所知，只要后面备注没有写X语面试的一般都有英语课程。瑞典是本科生全部瑞典语授课，但是研究生是英语授课，所以可以选研究生课程。丹麦和荷兰好像都是英语授课的。当然，即使写了X语面试，也不要担心。这些学校还是有一些英语授课的课程的。比如德国学校的经济学专业一般有英语授课课程等，这个需要学弟学妹们自己去网站上查了~【友情提示】阿姆斯特丹大学貌似偏好研究生，本科生申请悲剧可能高。

⑤看到X语面试好捉急，这个该怎么办啊?

据我了解，如果这种X语面试的项目，除了日本以外，申请的人都比较少。所以，面试的时候貌似没有X语面试，不过以防万一，可以用X语准备一个自我介绍。我们当时就是老师用中文大概问了问我们的X语水平，然后问我们能不能保证去那边正常听课，我们说能，基本就完了。日本的话，据我了解，貌似是真的要X语面试，所以大家就自求多福吧，至少准备个自我介绍。。。不过，即使不用X语面试，同志们最好还是要刻苦学习一下X语，以免真的到了X国，发现语言完全不同，课程毛也不懂，这就真悲剧了。。。

⑦我在那边的选课可以转学分回来么?

转成公选是肯定可以的，至于要转成专业选修甚至必修，这个真的是因院而异。鄙院就是要求课程名称完全一样，或者是可以提供一份大纲，去跟教务磨嘴皮子，表示自己选的跟北大某门专业课简直是一样啦一类的。。。所以奉劝各位，在确定去之前，最好跟教务先说一下你要选什么课，然后看看他同不同意转成专业课。

⑧面试有没有什么好的建议啊?

因为简历关主要是拼硬件条件，没啥好准备的，而面试就是拼临场发挥了。面试前，最好先要精心而熟练的准备一个英文自我介绍、一个中文自我介绍(申X 语的，再准备X语自我介绍)。然后可以提前把自己专业相关的论文or资料or 作品带过去，可以带过去一些你对这个学校信息了解的小图片。到时候自我介绍的时候展示一下，可以起到不错的加分作用，说明你认真准备过这个面试。其他就没啥好说的了，多烧烧香吧!
