一.概 述LC-4 型通用微机库仑仪是洛阳石化工程公司炼制研究所和洛阳高新开发区双阳仪器有限公司最新推出的最高水平现代化库仑分析仪器。
它是根据微库仑滴定原理,引入最新科研成果,采用一台联想微机进行全自动控制的库仑分析仪。
与国内外同类仪器相比,无论是自动化程度还是灵敏度和准确度方面均居首位,根据用户需要,该机配置不同配件可用于各种样品中总硫、总氮、总氯、水份、二氧化硫、原油水含量、化学需氧量、溴价和溴指数、盐含量、酸值和酸度、硫化氢和硫醇硫等的测定。
该机与目前国内外同类仪器相比具有下述特点:1、是世界上唯一的数字化库仑滴定仪,因而具有最高分析精度。
2、配有最新的联想微机。
用中文显示各种信息和打印分析结果,并自动将结果存入数据库,且通用微机可用于学习和其他方面。
3、具有峰形显示,不需要记录仪。
4、操作简单,自动化程度高,并能提供很多操作信息。
5、信号分辩率为1微伏,仪器的灵敏度和精密度都很高。
6、通用性强,只要更换软件和滴定池,即可用于不同组份的测定。
该库仑仪适用的标准方法[1]-[17]已有17项。
该库仑仪适用于SY 2506-83“轻质石油产品中总硫含量测定法(电量法)”和ZBE 46002-89“液化石油气总硫含量测定法”标准,天然气总硫标准等十个不同行业的总硫标准。
测总硫时,最低检测下限为0.2ppm,分析一个样品需要的时间通常小于2分钟。
测定总硫的装置与测定总氯完全一样,只是滴定池的装配不同,软件不同,测定氯的最低检测下限为0.5ppm 左右。
既可以分析液体也可分析气体和固体中的总硫和总氯。
分析总氯和盐含量时,电极不需要在极毒的氰化钾溶液中电镀。
该库仑仪用于测定水份时,测定范围为0.0001-100%,测定一个样品需要的时间为3分钟左右。
由于该仪器使用了无臭卡氏试剂,有利于保护操作人员的身体健康;采用最新研制的人造砂芯代替离子膜,操作方便;采用电位法代替电流法指示终点提高了方法的稳定性和灵敏度;采用微库仑滴定技术,需要的样品量和试剂均少,可大量节约试剂。

ANM2LC 剩余电流保护断路器NM2LC剩余电流动作断路器是具有剩余电流保护继电器、塑壳断路器于一体并具有过载保护、短路保护、过压保护、欠压保护、缺相保护、错相保护、断零保护、浪涌保护、自动重合闸、通讯功能的综合智能化剩余电流动作断路器。
适用于配电变压器低压侧三相四线中性点直接接地(TT)的低压电网,用来对人身触电危险提供间接接触保护,也可对线路或用电设备的接地故障、过电流、短路、欠电压、过电压、缺相和电源侧断零线等进行保护。
一体式剩余电流动作断路器具有体积小、安装使用方便、动作值固定分档可调、操作简单等特点,能适用各地用户、各种环境需求,特别适合国家城农网JP柜改造或新建项目。
3.1 环境温度:除满足-5℃~+40℃国标要求的温度范围外,还可在-25℃~+70℃等极限环境温度下可靠运行。
3.2 最高温度为 40℃时,空气的相对湿度不超过50%,最湿月的月平均最低温度不超过25℃时,该月的月平均最大相对湿度不超过90%,日平均最大相对湿度不超过95%,并考虑到因温度变化发生在产品表面上的凝露。
3.3 安装地点的海拔不超过2000 米,在高海拔地区应降容使用,建议每升高海拔1000米,降低容量10%。
3.4 污染等级:3级3.5 安装类别:Ⅲ3.6 安装场所的外磁场在任何方向不超过地磁场的5倍;无爆炸性、腐蚀性气体;无雨雪侵袭;干燥、通风。
3 正常工作条件和安装条件4 特点4.1 多功能:具有长延时、短延时和瞬时三段保护以及剩余电流保护功能外,还具有过压保护、欠压保护、缺相保护、错相保护、断零保护、浪涌保护、自动重合闸、通讯等功能。
可显示额定电流、负荷电流、三相电源电压、剩余电流整定值、电网剩余动作电流等参数;可进行跳闸类型(剩余电流、闭锁、过载、欠压、过压、缺相)识别、显示,并可存储、查询、删除。
4.2 小体积:集剩余电流保护、过电流保护、自动重合闸功能于一体,体积小、功能全,较市场常规类产品体积减小20%,可减小产品在柜内的安装空间。

LC200使用说明书(20XX概述LC200系列仪表被设计用于诸如皮带秤、配料秤、定量秤、料斗秤、减重秤、失重秤等连续累计自动衡器的称重显示控制器,并严格按照Q/140000LC001-20XX《LC200称重显示控制器》企业标准研制生产。
LC200系列仪表具有多种可选择的通讯联网接口和可扩展的控制接口,可以满足用户多种计量、检测、控制和联网的需求,全中文图形显示方式提供了丰富的运行数据和简洁的操作界面,并具有盘装、台式、壁挂三种结构方式,用户可根据安装环境和使用方式选用相应的机型。
本说明书提供LC200系列仪表的选型、安装、调试、操作和维护的方法。
LC200系列仪表操作虽然简单,但错误的安装和误操作可能引起计量精度的下降、控制功能的丧失、外部配套设备的损坏以及意外事故的发生。
因此在安装和使用前务必仔细阅读本使用说明书,直至掌握正确的安装和使用方法。
LC200系列仪表的功能和型号将在以后不断增加,我们力求做到每次再版使用说明书时,其内容与当时的LC200系列仪表一致,但可能出现遗漏或错误,因此希望您给予谅解。

仪表受损或内部元件不完备时,不要安装和运行,否则有可能发生事故。
必须在确认仪表与输入电源完全断开的情况下,才能进行安装、拆卸或维护,否则有如仪表端子与带有危险电压的设备相连,在触电的危险。
未确认这些设备断电之前,禁止接触与这些设备有连接的端子及端子引出线裸露部分,否则有触电的危险。

第二章技术指标工作原理仪表通过接收与皮带秤或螺旋秤称量段上输送的物料重量成正比的模拟信号及与输送带运行速度或螺旋转速成正比的脉冲信号或电压,电流信号计算出物料的累计重量,流量,速度,载荷等数据。
对定流量给料控制系统,仪表通过实际流量与设定的目标流量进行比较,根据其偏差及控制算法进行控制,输出控制信号至相应控制设备,从而改变给料机的实际给料量,使之达到目标流量。

可通过手动调零或自动调零自动得出零点值。
零点0-100000 无注意:此参数直接影响皮带秤的准确度,调零后不可以随意修改。
单位变换系数,可通过实物校验、挂码校准、链量程系数 1-1000000 无码校准自动得出量程系数。

该操作适用于皮带秤,采用多圈调零操作,进行调零,在调零过程中可以验证零点稳定性。
采用实物校验或挂码校准或链码校准方式对皮带秤进行校准,校准后将得出新的量程系数。
采用实物校验或挂码检验或链码检验方式对皮带秤计量精度进行检验。
根据检定规程要求或企业检验规范要求进行其它检验或测试。
对于调速配料秤,将“参数设置->控制参数->控制方式”设置为自动控制,并根据实际控制效果,修正P参数、I参数等其它控制参数。

2) 在皮带上作好“标记点”,选择好“固定参照点”,使皮带处于恒速运行状态。
3) 进入“检验校准”菜单,选择菜单项“定点皮带测长”功能项。
4) 当皮带上“标记点”到达“固定参照点”时,立即按【功能/输入】键5) 当皮带上“标记点”再次到达“固定参照点”时,立即按【功能/输入】,结束“定点测带长”过程。
