电磁炉的工作原理
电磁炉主要是利用电磁 感应原理。当电流通过 线圈产生交变的磁场, 在锅具底部反复切割变 化,使锅具底部产生环 状电流(涡流),使锅 具本身发热。这种振荡 生热的加热方式,能减 少热量传递的中间环节, 大大提升制热效率。

振荡电路
同步模块
同步模块的主要作用是控制的开关同步。它由 电压比较器2的第10、11、13脚和分压电阻R37、 R36、R35、R7、滤波电容C17、C16、钳位二 极管D19构成。电压比较器的第10脚检测的C 极电压,当检测的电压值大于第11脚时,在比 较器的输出脚13就会有一个低电平;当检测的 电压值低于第11脚时,在比较器的输出脚13就 会有一个高电平。该信号送到后面的波形发生 电路,与三角波形进行波形修正后送到后面的 功率控制电路,以控制的导通与截止。
整流滤波、防护电路
防护模块
防护模块主要是在电源的进入端防止有高频干 扰或者雷击等造成后面电路的损坏而设置的电 路。主要是由300、C300、R313等组成。热敏 电阻300的电压敏感特性是它的电阻值随着外 加电压变化而变化。当外加电压较低时,流过 电阻的电流很小,压敏电阻呈现高阻状态;当 外加电压达到或者超过压敏电压时,流过电阻 的电流陡增,压敏电阻的阻值将大大降低。电 容C300与R313主要是吸收电源中的高频谐波。

• 1,现在的电磁炉多数最高功率是 2100W,所以应用单独的电源插座。插 头与插座应接触良好,否那么易损坏电 磁炉。
• 2,电磁炉应用在通风枯燥,灰尘少的地 方,并要求水平放置,与墙或其他物体 的距离应大于10CM,确保排风正常。 另外电磁炉应远离其他家电放置,以免 影响其他家电正常工作。电磁炉的电压 适用范围是市电165V-275V,但我们使 用时,最好的电压范围应是180V-245V, 假设电压过低,会出现保护性停机。

IGBT:绝缘栅双极晶体管(Iusulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)简称IGBT,是一种集BJ器 件 。 IGBT激励电路:振荡电路输出幅度约4.1V的脉冲信号,此电压不能直接控制IGBT(Q1)的饱 和导通及截止,所以必须通过激励电路将信号放大。
辅助电路略解
同步电路:R78、R51分压产生V3,R74+R75、R52分压产生V4, 在高频电流的一个周期里, 在t2~t4时间 (图1),由于C3两端电压为左负右正,所以V3<V4,V5OFF(V5=0V) 振荡电路 V6>V5,V7 OFF(V7=0V),振荡没有输出,也就没有开关脉冲加至Q1的G极,保证了Q1在 t2~t4时间不会导通, 在t4~t6时间,C3电容两端电压消失, V3>V4, V5上升,振荡有输出, 有开关脉冲加至Q1的G极。以上动作过程,保证了加到Q1 G极上的开关脉冲前沿与Q1上 产生的VCE脉冲后沿相同步。
当220V交流电经DB1桥堆整流、L2和 C2滤波后,形成+300V左右的直流电压, 经线圈L1加到IGBT的漏极上,当开关 脉冲高电平到达IGBT的栅极时,IGBT 导通,内阻很小,电流由DB1的“+” -- L1 -- L2 --IGBT漏极--源极--地--DB1的“—”极,把电能转化成磁能 储存在加热线圈中。当开关脉冲低电 平到达IGBT的栅极时,IGBT截止, 由于L1线圈中的电流不能突变,只能通过C3放电,即给C3充电,把磁场能转化成电场能, 随后电容C3又向L1放电,如此周而复始,形成谐振,直到下一个开关脉冲高电平到达 IGBT的栅极时,又重复上述过程。L1线圈产生的高频磁场,于是在铁质平底锅底便产生 了强大的涡流,锅底迅速发热,加热结圈中的电磁能转化成为热能。
