小学英语评课稿110月23日下午，对于我们全体英语教师来说是一个收获的日子。
首先我们听了八年级吴春霞老师的一堂英语公开课，在这堂课里我们感受到了吴春霞老师的成长。
师生关系的和谐是教师做好教学工作的重要保障，吴老师的教学思路清晰，教学过程流畅、教学过程体现了任务型教学，在阅读过程中，吴老师不断给学生列出任务，学生通过参与、实践和探索完成一系列任务，不仅培养了自己学习的独立性和自主性，也形成了积极的学习态度与主动的学习方式。
教师以学生为本，作为一名引导者、组织者、帮助者，不断给学生创设能让学生主动参与的教学环境。
听完吴老师的英语课后，全体英语教师和市英语教育的专家胡澄宜老师和周阳副校长对这堂课进行了点评。
胡老师也给我们提出了许多宝贵的意见，让我们在场的英语老师受益匪浅，体会颇深。
胡老师幽默风趣这是给我留下的最深刻的印象，此外，从胡老师的报告中我还收获到以下体会：1、魅力创造奇迹有一种力量它是无形的，但它对人的影响却是无穷的。
相对其他英语老师而言，胡老师已经不再年轻，但是我们任然可以感受她的个人人格魅力。
她之所以深受学生们的深爱，就是因为她自然、洒脱、乐观。
就这一点我们很多年轻的人却比不过。
我想这也许是我们喜欢她的原因之一吧!同时胡老师对待学生非常非常和蔼可亲，做事严谨认真，为我们竖立了榜样。
也正因为如此胡老师不仅教出了很多优秀的学生，同时也带出了好多优秀的教师。
在她的带领下，许多小学教师在各种各样的评优课中都获得娇人的成绩。
这些成果背后其实就背负这种刻苦、认真、严谨的风格。
如果我们将这种风格嫁接到自己身上，势必也能影响自己，影响到我们的学生，从而产生神奇的效果。

3、本节课教师利用多媒体展开教学，让学生在看图认读动词短语、看图问答，What’s your favourite season ? / Why ? / Let’s try听音判断对错的基础上，逐步了解新句型的表达方式，又通过一系列的操练，听录音，回答问题、指名理解短文内容、师领读、生齐读、同桌互读、指名读、小组比赛朗读、有感情地朗读等形式，让学生在掌握句型的基础上，仿句型编写对话，两人一组进行合作式练习，加深学生对句型的理解与记忆，在这种情景练习中，教师给了学生实践的空间，使学生的知识不断巩固，技能逐步形成，同时，突出了语言的交际特点，培养了学生运用语言的能力及创新品质。
4、教师能依托教材，整体设计教学目标，并且能够创新教材，让学生仿写对话、根据新句型结构和抽到的卡片信息编写对话等，充分考虑语言学习的渐进性和持续性。
5、教学过程中，教师能以学生为主体，面向全体学生，关注个体差异，因材施教，鼓励创新，注重培养学生的语言运用能力。
通过接触、理解、操练、运用语言等环节，逐步实现语言知识的内化。
6、学生能积极参与各种课堂学习活动，敢于开口，能积极与同桌配合，运用英语进行表达和交流。
7、通过设计各种活动，让学生在做中学，在学中做，实现了课堂教学的实效性。
我认为第一节课不足的地方有：1、找助手发放奖品，影响他自己听课，同时他下位送奖品，也分散了其他学生的注意力。
2、本节课教学的重点句型：“Why do you like …？/Because Ican….”询问别人喜欢某物的原因，教师强调还不够到位，若是在学生第一次接触这节课的话，应该会有难度，达不到今天的这个效果。
第二节课不足的地方有：1、学生课堂表现不如第一节课的学生积极、大胆，声音较小。
鼓励方式少，且力度不够。
2、过去式的一般疑问句Did +主+动词原形+其他？这个句型中板书不够清晰，完整。
在讲授过程中没有重点强调主语后的动词要用原形，语调训练不到位。

对于这两节课，我的建议是：第一节课：1、第一节课在编写，仿写对话时，若再能询问不同的人称，如What’s his favourite season ? /He likes…, /Why does he like ? Because he can… ,变换不同的人称对句型进行适当的扩展，我想效果应该会更好。
2、What’s your favourite season ?这句话还有一个同义句，Which season do you like best?在教学中教师如果点到并让学生第二节课：1、第二节课若通过一般过去式与一般现在时对比，可以让学生加深对两种时态的理解和运用。
英语教学不仅是掌握一定的英语知识，更主要的是要把知识灵活运用到具体的语言环境中，培养学生的综合运用能力，我认为本节课听、说、读的训练很到位了，但写的训练不够突出，若在后面的巩固操练环节再出示一些不同类型的练习题，效果会更好。
我认为，今天这两节课在这方面都有所欠缺。

她热情大方的教态，悦耳动听的韵律歌，活泼有趣的游戏以及美观新颖的教具都成为她英语课堂牢牢抓住学生注意力和培养学习兴趣的法宝。
而这次听方睿老师的课，同样给我耳目一新的感觉。
这堂课里，我感觉方睿老师随着她的学生年龄的增长，变换了教学模式和方法，增添了些许成熟优雅，师生情感和谐发展。
比如，课前的歌曲由儿歌变成了同学们喜欢的流行歌video欣赏；教学设计中少了机械操作的游戏，更多地引导学生连贯流利地用英语表达他们的思想。
二、简单的形式，丰富的内容。
该老师的这堂课给我以清晰实在的印象。
这堂课教学步骤并不多：歌曲之后老师引导学生谈论，What can you see? 接着引出学生不能说的新授单词，再着说说what do you like? Why?然后再引入课文。
但是，老师却给学生创造了大量的口语表达的机会。
在她的课堂上，更多地听到的是学生的声音，而不是老师的声音；更多地听到的是运用英语表达思想的声音，而不是机械齐读的声音。
在同学们的口语表达中，也感受到了她的学生有着丰富的词汇量。
这与方睿老师具有新的教学理念以及她平时扎实的教学是分不开的。
三、夯实基础知是保持学习兴趣的基础。
色彩鲜艳，新颖美观的教具是方睿老师吸引学生的法宝之一；而这堂课，方睿老师一个课件一张嘴，同样也牢牢地抓住了学生的注意力，引导着学生大量地进行口语表达。
我想，此中不仅体现了她有着较高的教学艺术，也反映了她的学生有着扎实的基础知识。
试想一个听课如天书的学生，是很难在一个没有游戏，没有五颜六色的图片的课堂上保持注意力的。
我随手翻看了两、三个学生的课本，每课都记着老师补充的同类词汇，每课都有学生回家朗读背诵的家长签字。

四、注重培养英语学习的应用能力教师设计了对话练习，听力练习题等，要求学生操练所学单词，运用所学语句.这些活动设计一方面能巩固所学，培养学生应用英语的能力；另一方面又能促进生生之间的交流，增进同学之间的情谊。
探讨之处1.本课时的知识目标达成较好。
通过操练，学生能够正确听、说、认读这几个单词，但在实际教学中，老师好像单词的练习形式过于简单，主要采取了领读,，似乎操练不够，齐读等,是否可丰富训练形式,多加些小游戏？2.在板书设计中过紧凑,建议:简化课题,释放空间,让重点的句子更加醒目.总之，李老师的这节英语课上得是成功的，达到了预期的教学效果。

从熟悉的小动物、房子的样子，以日常生活用语为主，从生活需要出发，使英语知识生活化，口语化。
拉近了学生与文本的距离，培养了学生说英语的意识，用英语的能力。
除此之外，两位教师还各自有不同的教学风格。
