Working in NanYue Fuel Injection Systems Co.Ltd

Ladies and Gentlemen, Good Evening. My name is LD, and I graduated from Hunan Institute of Engineering .Now I’m working for Power Workshop .The workers which in our workshop solves all the electrical problems of the whole factory .Then I will let you know how warm our company is. Hope you’ll enjoy.

As Ford used to say, coming together is a beginning; keeping together is a progress; working together is a success, so we are working together that is a great success. I am so proud to become a member of this not only a company, but more over a big family .And our wonderful family make me feel happy and warm.

I still remember. When we new staff came here just like new-born babies to this family, the managers, the engineers, and our chairman held a training class to express their welcome to us and made us fit in this family quickly. Your kindness showed how close this family is. In the fresh tea reception, our president, Mr. FanJiang, even joined us with his very present, and encouraged us with the ever best hope as well as deep expectations. I also remembered the words which our Union Chairman Mr. XuQingShou told us clearly: Do never feel alone，you always belong to us like a child to his mum.

It was my first day of internship, I pressed a button of the machining center without teacher Xie’s agreement .Then he got angry and stared at me with shouting, who told you to do something like that, it’s dangerous and BalaBala... At that moment I was so afraid and standing there like a child who had just broken mom’s favorite plate. However it was my fault, I must apologize and show my regrets. So I did it. Please allow me to thank all our teachers here. Thanks for their patience, and thanks for their truly criticizing. They are just like the stars to a junior sailor, who not only showed the right direction to master skills, but also afford us the truth of both career and life. I appreciate all the giving of my teachers, and I want to say: sincerely gratitude!

I love my company and I love the life in this family. I can still recall the day after the Spring Festival. It was the first day to work in New Year, with all best wishes around us, we came back. While waiting for us there, were not only the red packets , but more important, was the first welcome back, sent by all our leaders standing in a line and surrounded by the cold wind . Listening to their best new-year wishes and cheering all the beautiful words, in one moment I even felt cannot stop myself to give （I can’t help giving）you a big hug and say. Thanks, being a leader makes me feel amazing!

With all the stories happened in this family, I passed my first year after the graduation. From now on, a new page of my career has began, I want to share this happiness and passion to all of your attends, and best wishes to our company at the mean time, be our success with you, and good luck in the coming new age. 我在南岳电控公司工作

女士们先生们，晚上好。我叫**，毕业于***。现在我在动力车间工作，我们车间负责全厂的电气故障维修。接下来我将告诉你我们公司是多么的温暖。希望你们喜欢。

福特曾经说过，相聚是一个开始，保持在一起是一种进步，在一起工作才是成功。所以我们在一起工作是个非常伟大的成功。我为能加入这样一个如家般的公司感到骄傲，它使我感到高兴、温暖。

我记得当我像新生儿一样刚加入这个大家庭的时候，我们的副总经理、总工程师、工会主席举办的培训课使我们能很快的融入这个大家庭并对我们表示热烈欢迎。并向我们展示这个大家庭使多么的和谐。在新进大学生茶话会上，甚至董事长**同志也加入了我们并表示希望我们好好表现，对我们寄予厚望。我仍然清晰的记得我们的工会主席说的一句话：你们就像我们的孩子一样。

在我实习的第一天，我在没有得到谢师傅同意的情况下按下了机器上的一个按钮，当时谢师傅就变脸了，瞪大眼睛吼道：谁让你动了，这很危险知道吗…那刻我感到十分害怕，就像小孩子打破妈妈最爱的盘子一样。然而这是我的错，我必须向师傅道歉以表示我的忏悔。在这里请允许我感谢我的师傅们，感谢他们的耐心教导，感谢他们真诚的批评。他们就像年轻海员的灯塔，不仅给我们照亮学习技艺的方向，更是对我们的职业生涯以及人生给予指导。

我爱这个公司，并且爱这样的生活。记得春节刚过，我们带着美好的愿望来上第一天班。在公司等我的不仅有春节红包，还有在寒风中迎接我们的公司高层领导，见面都是些恭喜发财等美好词句。那刻我甚至忍不住想上去抱住他们说：“感谢各位，当领导的感觉真不错！！”

在这个大家庭里的故事伴随着我度过了毕业后的大半年生活。从现在起，我职业生涯将翻开新的篇章，希望和大家分享我的幸福时光，以及祝福我们的公司伴随着我成功，在即将来到的新篇章中好运。谢谢！！
