三、通知通知主要是指上级对下级,组织对成员布置工作、传达精神或召开会议时所采用的一种文体。
当然,同级的组织、单位有事情需要互相讨论或协商时,也可以互发通知。
通知不同于书信、日记等文体,语言要规范,切忌使用模糊不清的语言和俗语。
时间、地点及相关事宜一定要交代清楚。
在通知中,被动语态使用较多,且多半用将来时态。
通知包括口头通知和书面通知:1.口头通知口头通知只是一种备用稿的形式,发通知的单位和日期都可以省略不写,开头往往要有称呼语,结尾通常也要有结束语,在写口头通知的时候一般不加标题。
既然是口头通知,在语言上尽可能口语化,如:There will be...;We’re going to...等。
在写口头通知时,多用第二人称表示被通知的对象。
2.书面通知书面通知是一种比较正式的通知,为了醒目起见,一般要有标题(NOTICE),要写明发通知的单位及日期,以便让有关人员一目了然。
发通知的单位名称,应写在“Notice”一词上面,也可写在正文后面右下角,较正式的通知必须有单位负责人的署名,署名下面写上职务。
发通知的日期一般写在左下角,但有时可以省略。
写书面通知应力求简明扼要,通常由以下五点组成,即时间、地点、事情、相关人员以及注意事项等。
书面通知的时态:常使用一般将来时和一般现在时。
书面通知的对象:一般采用第二人称。
(一)口头通知通常使用下列句型:1.称呼语:(1)Boys and girls孩子们(2)Dear classmates亲爱的同学们(3)Ladies and gentlemen女士们,先生们2.正文开头:(1)Attention,please.请注意。
(2)May I have your attention,please?请注意!(3)Please be quiet.请安静一下。

介词短语可位于系动词之后作表语。

第三节点拨高考常考文体——让流程清晰顺畅一、电子邮件因特网的普及,使得越来越多的人使用电子邮件进行交流。
与书信比起来,电子邮件没有复杂的格式,只有称呼、正文、结束语、签名等,而内容则与书信没有区别。
1.称呼电子邮件一般使用非正式的文体,称呼不像书信那样严格,朋友、同辈之间可以直呼其名,对于长辈可以加上头衔或者姓氏。
2.正文正文是电子邮件的主体部分。
可每段第一行右缩进,转行顶格,也可每行都顶格。
3.结束语结束语(客套话)通常也很简明。
常常只需一个词,如:“Thanks”“Best”“Cheers”,也可以用一般信函中的“Sincerely yours”或“Best regards”。
4.签名直接写发件人的姓名即可。

2. (2017·全国卷Ⅲ)Around me in the picture are the things they were very important in my life at that time: car magazines and musical instruments.解析:they→that/which分析句子结构可知,the things是先行词,其后是定语从句,从句缺少主语,指物,故引导词应用that或which。
3.(2016·四川高考)The dishes what I cooked were Mom’s favorite.解析:what→that/which或去掉what先行词为The dishes,且定语从句中cooked后缺少宾语,故应用that或which引导定语从句,因其在从句中作宾语,也可省略关系代词。
4.(2018·陕西西安八校联考)I am a 25-year-old young man which graduated from the Foreign Languages Department of Jilin University.解析:which→who/that本句中含有定语从句,先行词为man,指人,且在从句中作主语,应用who或that引导。
5.There are many people think that wealth is better than health.解析:think前加who或think→thinking分析句子结构可知,people后为定语从句,先行词为many people,故用who引导该定语从句;因many people和think之间是主谓关系,也可以用现在分词thinking作many people的后置定语。

第二节提升作文档次的技法——让文章靓丽起来技法(一)词汇高级,“语”众不同在英语书面表达阅卷过程中,老师会对一些“高级”词汇偏爱有加。
但是,大多数同学可能没有高级词汇的意识,提到“好”,就只会想到“good”,提到“坏”,就只会想到“bad”。
那么,什么样的词汇最能够吸引阅卷老师的眼球?什么样的词汇才算是高级词汇呢?我们可以采用以下原则:什么样的词汇1.标新立异,晚词优先老师偏爱学得比较晚的单词,新学的单词,可以体现学生具备“学以致用”的意识。

因此应多使用一些高级句式和复合句,让句子“高人一筹”,亮点纷呈,彰显考生的写作能力。
1.精彩的复合句a.增加亮点的定语从句①For example,there are huge amounts of reference books.I am often confused to choose from them.→For example,there are huge amounts of reference books from w hich I am often confused to choose.②Papercutting is a traditional art form in China.It has a history of more than 1,500 years.→Papercutting is a traditional art form in China,w hich has a history of more than 1,500 years.b.吸引眼球的状语从句①Since you ha v e long been interested in Chinese culture(原因状语从句),I think Beijing Language and Culture University is an ideal place for you.②If you’re interested in the Chinese folk art(条件状语从句),please email me.③We can set out early so that w e w ill ha v e more time to read and select books(目的状语从句).c.提升档次的名词性从句①It is worth mentioning that our v olleyball team w on the championship t w ice in the national middle school v olleyball match(主语从句).②I hope these suggestions w ould be helpful to you(宾语从句).③That’s w hy I think the trip along the Yangtze Ri v er is a better choice(表语从句).2.亮眼的倒装句So diligent are you that I’m more than delighted to teach you.3.新颖的强调句和省略句①It is the spirit that the story conveys that really matters.②As scheduled,an art exhibition will be held next Sunday in the local museum.4.传神的被动结构Your timely help will be very much appreciated by me.5.言简意赅的非谓语动词结构To get admitted,I have made good preparations,trying to know as much as I could about my city. 6.委婉的虚拟语气Without your kindness and generosity,I w ould not ha v e enjoyed myself so much when visiting England.技法(三)连贯衔接,巧妙过渡连接(过渡)性词语的使用是语言连贯性得以实现的最常用手段。
在句与句之间,段与段之间恰当地使用一些承上启下的连接(过渡)性词语是非常必要的。
过渡词语就像纽带一样把文章紧密地连接起来,更像润滑剂,使文章衔接流畅。
1.表示起始关系的过渡性词语above all,first of all,to begin with,according to,as you know/as is known,as is shown...,when it comes to等。
