The Magnetic 96-Well Separator is idealfor use in singleplex and multiplex biological assays based on theLuminex® xMAP® Technology. These assays make use ofLuminex® MagPlex, or magnetic microspheres, and the MAGPIX®,Luminex 200®, or FLEXMAP 3D® instruments.CautionThe Magnetic 96-Well Separator is a powerful magnet and shouldbe handled with care to avoid personal injury. Hands and skin canbe pinched if caution is not taken. Repeat, for any additional washes as needed.Recommended Pipetting TechniqueWe recommend using a modified reverse pipeting technique for all pipeting during assay setup to increase precision and limit reagent loss due to residual fluid volumes within pipette tips. A multi-channel pipette is also recommended for adding common reagents to the plate.1. Set the pipette to the appropriate volume needed.2. Press the plunger button slowly to the first stop and then press slightly past it (just enough past to aspirate a very small extravolume of the reagent). Alternatively, to mix the solution or sample before pipeting, pipet up and down slowly several times going to the first stop only (this allows residual fluid to build up in the tip). 3. Immerse the tip into the liquid, just below the meniscus.4. Release the plunger button slowly and smoothly to the top resting position to aspirate the set volume of liquid. Drag the tip up theside of the tube or reservoir to remove excess volume from the outside of the tip(s). 5. Place the end of the tip against the inside wall of the recipient vessel at an angle above the fluid level.6. Press the plunger button slowly and smoothly to the first stop. Do not go past the first stop . A small volume of residual liquidremains in the tip, and should not be dispensed. 7. 产品具有多种不同规格,适合0.5ml 、1.5ml 、5ml 、15ml 离心管、12mm ×60mm 试管及96孔板的磁性分离操作,可满足不同实验的需求。

【产品性能】2孔磁性分离器(货号:S0201/S0202)本系列产品有二种适合不同直径离心管的磁性分离器。

本系列产品磁场较强,便于分离。

磁性分离后磁性微粒吸附于离心管侧面管壁,可用移液器吸取上清。

第一种(货号:S0201)适用于5ml 的离心管;第二种(货号:S0202)适用于10ml 或15ml 的离心管。

8孔磁性分离器(货号:030001-8)适用于8个1.5ml 或2ml 的离心管,磁场较强,便于分离。

磁性分离后磁性微粒吸附于离心管侧面管壁,可用移液器吸取上清。

50孔组合式磁性分离器(货号:S5001)适用于50个直径12mm 的试管,磁场较强,便于分离。

使用说明书
一. 用途:
磁性分离器是清除液体中可被磁化的固体粒子的理想设备,如用于磨床及其它机床冷却液(切削液或乳化液)的净化。

通过分离器的磁性滚筒把冷却液中的铁屑吸出,使冷却液保持干净,使用磁性分离器可以减少砂轮修正次数,提高加工件表面粗糙度,延长砂轮和冷却液的使用寿命,同时减轻了工人劳动强度,减少了废冷却液对环境污染。

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
The magnetic separator is the ideal equipment for cleaning up solid particles that may be magnetized from liquid, such as purification of cooling agent (cutting oil or emulsion) used in a grinder and other machine tools.
Iron fillings are absorbed from cooling agent by magnetic roll of separator, to keep the cooling agent clean, By using of the separator, times of correcting grinding wheel will be rise, the smooth finish of work pieces will be rises, life of grinding wheel and life of cooling agent will be prolonged, the working hardness and the pollution of environment caused by waste cooling agent will be lowed greatly.
二.结构原理及安装尺寸
磁性分离器由减速器和磁辊两大部分组成。

减速器是通过链条带动磁辊转动,磁辊内装有永久强力磁铁,冷却液中的铁屑吸附在磁鼓套表面,压辊将铁屑中的冷却液挤压出去,并流回液箱,铁屑被刮板刮掉后排入污物箱。

STRUCTION AND DIMENSION
The magnetic separator is consisted of reduction and magnetic roll. Reductions drive the magnetic roll by chain. The magnetic roll with many pieces of permanent magnetic can attract iron particle from cool liquid and make iron particles on the surface of it. Cooling liquid contained in iron fillings is then extruded out by press of magnetic roll and return to liquid tank . Iron filling scraped by rubber fall into dirt box.

四.使用安装
1.磁性分离器的流量应根据机床水泵流量选定,两
者应相一致。

2.运行中,磁辊的转向应按图1箭头所示。

3.胶辊的松紧调整适当,用来挤压铁屑中的水分。

4.刮板的位置也可调整,不要与磁辊靠的太紧,用
来刮除磁辊上的铁屑。

OPERATION AND INSTALLTION
1.The flow capacity of the magnetic separator
should be selected according to the flow capacity of pump, the both are asked to be same.
2.In operation, the direction of the magnetic roll's rotation should accord with arrow see [fig.1] 3
3.Tightness of rubber pressing magnetic roll is adjustable to press water contained in iron filling.
4.The position of scraping board is adjustable not too close to magnetic roll, to scrape iron filling on the surface of magnetic roll.
五.保养与润滑
减速机的保养详见说明书,磁性分离器的转动部位均采用球轴承润滑脂润滑。

MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICTION
The main tenant of reduction is on manual, the ball bearings in magnetic separator should be lubricated with grease.
