Graduates’ pressure in finding jobs

Nowadays, more and more university graduates complain that graduation does not equate to employment. They experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs. What is the cause of this phenomenon.

如今，越来越多的大学毕业生抱怨毕业并不等于就业。他们经历极大的困难去找到满意的工作。引起这一现象的原因是什么。

In my opinion, there are four causes:

在我看来，有四个原因：

First, graduates lack experience. They spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects and lack relevant job tr aining. Only after graduation do they realize it’s hard to find jobs.

首先，毕业生缺乏经验。他们大部分时间都在学校学习学科知识并且缺乏相关的职业培训。毕业后，除非他们意识到这一点不然他们很难找到工作。

Second, competition among graduates grows more bitter and more bitter and bitter. The supply of university graduates exceeds social demand. This results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job.

Third, some students don’t study hard. Some of them skip classes just because they have no interest in certain subjects. Some play computer games or pursue other interests. Then they leave the sheltered environment of the university campus, to discover they don’t have adequate knowledge to apply for many positions, whi ch makes them feel lost and frustrated.

Finally, some graduates are conceited. They lack experience but ask for a high salary, which is impractical.

So, university students should try their best to change this situation. When they are in school, they should make the most of their time and put their heart into their studies. They can hold

part-time jobs in their spare time to accumulate relevant work experience. They should take part in some social activities and provide themselves with special training, if possible. When they graduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to accumulating experience than to their starting salary.

因此，大学生应该尽力改变这种状况。当他们在学校里的时候，他们应该充分利用自己的时间全身心的投入学习。他们可以在业余时间兼职工作，积累相关的工作经验。他们应该参加一些社会活动，并参加一些特别培训，如果可能的话。当他们毕业找工作时，他们应该更重视积累经验，而不是他们的起薪。

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make great noises and give off poisonous gas. Trees on the hills have been cut down,and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers. Furthermore,wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our environmental problems. For instance, new laws must be passed to place strict control over industrial pollution, the pub!ic must receive the education about the hazard of pollution and so on. We hope that all these measures will be effective and bring back a healthful environment.

Chinese Dream

“Chinese Dream ” has become a hot topic among Chinese people .According to a recent survey by CCTV ,different groups of people have different dreams.

For those people live in cities, their dreams are based on traffic and environment. They dream of having a better traffic situation .They wish that less traffic jams will take place on busy roads. They also focus on environmental problems .They wonder if they can have clearer skies. As for university students, it is their dreams to seek for better job opportunities . When it comes to those who work in rural areas, they want their children have equal opportunities in education with those children in urban areas. Medical aids also arouse a lot of concern among farmers.

My dream is to not only achieve success in academic performance , but also make greater achievement in the future. A lot can be done to change the problems such as poverty, starvation and so on , which make the people in our nation happy and harmonious.

我的梦想不仅仅是在学业上取得成功，而且在以后的事业上也能取得更大的成功.我们可以做很多事情来改变诸如贫困，饥饿等等问题。使得生活在我们国家的人民幸福、和谐。

（四）Sports and Health （体育与健康）

A healthy body is necessary for a healthy mind. As is known, to have a sound mind, we must first have a sound body. This is of vital importance. Only by keeping ourselves healthy and strong can we feel energetic and vigorous in studying and working and live a happy life.

To keep fit, physical exercise is the best way. In taking part in out-door sports, we are closer to nature and can take in fresh air. The beauty of nature will keep us clear-headed, which is essential to our health. Besides, sports stimulate the circulation of blood and help to excrete

the wastes in the body. Sports can also work up our appetite and activate our digestion. As a result, we can become strong-bodied.

I always take an active part in physical exercise and enjoy good health. I seldom get sick but feel vigorous even if I work a whole day . I shall keep up doing physical exercise so as to

live longer and do more for the country.

体育与健康

一个健康的身体对于健康的头脑是必要的。众所周知，要有健全的头脑，就应有健全的身体。这是至关重要的。只有保持自己的健康和强大，我们的学习和工作，过上幸福的生活精力充沛。

为了保持健康，体育锻炼是最好的方式。在参加户外运动，我们更接近的性质和可以采取的新鲜空气。自然界的美使我们头脑清醒，这对健康是必不可少的。另外，运动促进血液循环，帮助排泄体内废物。运动还可以引起食欲，促进消化。作为一个结果，我们就能身强力壮。

我总是积极参加体育锻炼，身体很好。我很少生病，但即使我工作一整天感到精力旺盛。我要坚持体育锻炼，争取长寿，为国家多做。

（五）(网络利和憋)

In modern times ,the Internet is becoming more and more popular , especially for the middle school students. Some students think it is good for them to get the useful information and study on the Internet .What is more , they can know about the latest news, widen their field of vision ,and gain their knowledge at the same time .

On the other hand, some students chat, play computer games even scan the bad network rather than study. In the meanwhile , a long-time searching on the internet makes their health bad.

As far as I am concerned , every coin has two sides ,that is to say ,one is bad ,the other one is good. So I think combining the entertainment with the study is the best.

在现代，上网正变得越来越流行，特别是对于中学生而言。一些同学认为网络对他们很有帮助。(另外),他们可以上网查有关学习的有用的资料，在网上学习。另外他们还可以了解最新消息、开阔视野，扩大知识面.

但是，有的同学却不是用来学习的，而是用来聊天、玩游戏，甚至是浏览不良网页。而且，长时间的上网会对他们的身心健康造成严重伤害。

在我看来，上网没有好坏之分，每一个事物都有两面，一面是好的，另一面就是不好的。因此我认为把娱乐与学习结合起来是最好的。
