贺佳雯：你如何看江苏高考文科第一名因历史科等级无缘多所名校一事？孙干：这一事件是由于考生本人某一门学科的失利，影响了录取。
这不是不公平，是制度本身导致可能流失一部分人才。
制度希望学生能成为全才，不要偏科，这对一些偏才或是选测有失误的考生的高考录取有桎梏。
在当前制度下，高考招生录取必须严格依法依规进行，既看总分又看选测科目等级是现行规则决定的。

这是等级计分原则的一个弊端。
如果白湘菱的历史科按照分数计入总分，那总成绩可能在语数英高分的弥补下也会取得不错的排名。
简单以等级划分容易出现一个显而易见的问题，可能虽然一个等级，实际中间差了很多分。
对人才选拔也不公平。
张端鸿：江苏高考08方案最大的争议点在于，学生只有做到参考科目没有短板，才能录取到最理想的学校。
这可能导致学生选考科目的单科全省排名如果不理想，就会影响学生的全局；高校在招生录取过程中，也缺少自主权。
江苏省教育厅相关人士：过去十年，我们一边改，一边有意见反馈过来，于是再调整。
从宏观角度来看，我们不建议学生偏科严重，因为选测科目本身，已经是学生自选的相对擅长的科目。

申学过程贯穿了我从大二到大四整整三年的时光。大一懵懵懂懂地拿到了没有拖后腿的大学成
绩，大二开始明确出国这一方向。从此，我于是开始了与GPA,GT,实习,社会活动的相互陪伴。
大二的重心在提高学校成绩，并做了两段基础的实习工作。大三完成了GT和CV中的四段实习（T
甚至考了5次）。才步入大三时，我也觉得准备时间已经来不及了，语言和实习都没有着落，甚
至有gap一年的想法。但事后才发觉，其实所有事情按部就班起来，都是游刃有余的。所以，写
在前面，我想和所有正在准备的大二大三学弟妹们说，如果你还没准备好，也不要慌张。只要把
时间利用起来，一年时间足够你弥补自己的短板，追逐自己的梦校。
另外，我cv中的优势为实习+GPA，劣势为GT+暑校项目。所以大家辩证看待我的经验，择优。
GT语言
首先，留学的模板固然是语言+GPA+实习/科研。但其中的重要性我认为是实习>GPA>语言。一直
以来，我的确看到很多中介推文中的学长姐们顶着105+,325+(甚至110，330)的语言成绩，这也
在我背景提升的过程中造成了很多压力。但是在申请过程中我才发现，语言其实是最不重要的那
一个，至少在金融专业方面是这样。
我的GT成绩可以说是所有申请者里面最薄弱的了（T102,G323+3.0）。坦白说我身边所有和我申
请学校差不多的，至少都会在T105，G325+3.5的水平上。当然，分数高了确实是加分项，但如
果你一味花时间去追求高成绩，而占用了实习+GPA的时间，那么边际效益其实是很低的。
如果你是考了几次托福都无法出分的小伙伴，那么我的经验或许有一定的代表性。托福我一共考
了5次，分数变化92、94、96、100、102，非常缓慢。托福我整个背景提升最厮磨我的一项了。
我分享的几点经验是：1、如果感觉不到自己该如何提高（譬如不知道作文怎么写才能高分，为
什么听力能听懂但是做不对），不要耽误时间去找一对一的老师帮忙辅导3-4节课，真的会有一
针见血的作用。2、虽然总分可以擦边，但是口语成绩要尽量高分（我口语是25）。口语每次考
试之前我会花一周时间练，每道题计时、录音、重复说，直到最后一遍没有任何语法、时态错误
为止。这个过程是反复且枯燥的，但是提升效果会非常好。3、不要被那些1-2次考试就出分的
学神们怔住，大部分学生都会考3-5次才出分。因此，即使已经到了六七月份，你依然有时间出
分的。
GPA
我的WES认证GPA为3.87。这算我cv中的优势项。但在金工金数的申请者里面，我课程中涉及
的数学和计算机课程少之又少。数学方面只学过微积分、概率论、线代、统计、计量。计算机课
程只有access（VBA）。因为本专业不允许自主选课，所以，我通过coursera补了很多门课，
包括Machine Learning、Pythonfor everybody，常微分、偏微分、数值分析。有条件的同学我
还是更建议上学校提供的数学计算机课程，学校成绩的认可度更高。
数学课程最好包含微积分、概率论、线代、常微分、偏微分、统计、随机过程等。对于机器语言
的学习，在精不在多。主推Python和C++。尽量将机器语言运用在论文比赛和实习中，这样cv
和ps中才有的放矢。金融方面的课程主要看宏观、微观、公司理财等。
实习
个人认为，实习也是我背景中的长板。为了获得更多的金工经验，我主要通过实习工作来体现自
己的数学和计算机能力。实习单位和工作难度是循序渐进的。虽然cv中只阐述了4段实习，但
其实我在大二就接触了银行+会计的实习，这在大三投递简历的过程中有了经验和铺垫。另外，
比较建议1段卖方实习+2段买方实习。工作内容最好包含用python进行数据处理，data mining，
模型等内容，这样能在ps和cv中凸显自己符合金工学生的专业素养。
此外想分享的一点，我曾经也经历过追求big name的实习公司，但其实有一段big name公司经
验就够了。实习主要还是看个人做的具体事情，而不是你的领导和公司有多出名。最后，对于实
习资源，主要是靠海投+学长姐推荐+领导推荐等方式。有很多优质的公众号和小程序平台会分享
很多及时的招聘咨询，尽量选择发布在一周内的招聘信息进行投递会比较有用。
关于其他
对于美赛、全国建模大赛、商赛、大创等等活动，参加一定会是加分项，但加分效果不明显。我
基本大型比赛都有参加，并且获得有效成绩。这些经历的作用主要是凸显自己的社会参与度+对
金工的日常兴趣+体现数学计算机能力+leadership。还是建议大家在课余多参加这些活动，特别
是实习中没有参与建模的同学。这样在面试以及ps叙述中，仍有空间展示自己的能力。
对于社团活动，主要是展现leadership+金工兴趣。如果内容与金工非常贴切，并且个人影响力
能凸显，也可能成为你简历中的闪光点。但如果活动与申请目的不太相关（除了volunteer工作），
在cv中展示可能有失偏颇。
CV和PS
这其实是申请中非常非常重要的一个过程。CV和PS写的好坏直接影响着offer的收割。CV和
PS的套路、对实习背景的论述和提炼，直接展现了自己的long-term，short-term goal,以及自
己所做项目的难度和投入程度。我身边很多朋友在写PS时只是在论述自己做的事情，而没有上
升到项目的目的（譬如为了预测2020年的经济整体水平，我们预测了2020年的社会融资量），
并且没有用模型和formal的措辞进行表述。这是很致命的一点。这里，也特别要夸夸世毕盟GGU
的mentor制度，让我在对自己实习工作都没有摸透的情况下，一次次开会帮我梳理我的经历，
修改PS和CV，最终呈现出了硬核效果。
关于GGU
其实，我对GGU最大的感谢就在于它的mentor制度，这凸显了它对于专业的把握。每一位学员
都会分配目标专业的mentor进行指导。Mentor基本上是相关专业的优秀的前辈。这样，他们会
是你整个申请过程中最了解你需要什么，你要展现什么，如何用专业术语帮你措辞的人。对比了
很多我的朋友的申学经历，他们的中介老师一人负责文理各种专业的学员，对于CV和PS的功劳
仅仅在于翻译+润色。这样的对比让我在每一次和mentor（UC Berkeley 哈斯商学院MFE毕业）
的电话会议时，以及在修改PS和CV的夜里暗自庆幸自己选择了负责且专业的GGU。
还有一点必须要提的就是世毕盟的申请培训课程，在申请材料准备的前期世毕盟专门请来了专业
老师来负责讲述申请相关的内容，从项目介绍、行业介绍、文书写作到签证指导，这些课让我从
申请前一腔热血却啥也不懂的小白，变成能在文书里侃侃而谈。
此外，就是GGU的native expert mock interview特色。在UPenn和MIT的face-to-face准备
过程中，GGU都为我提供了2-3次的mock interview。外教专家全方位模拟真面，并且会很及时
地给我写详细的书面feedback报告，其中包括节奏、回答、行为等等，每次都会给很多中肯的
建议。这些服务让我在面对face-to-face面试时变得从容且自信。
写在最后
“真想不到当初我们也讨厌吃苦瓜，今天竟吃得出那睿智愈来愈记挂。”留学的经历或许只有
1-2年，但申学的过程却占据了我整整四年的大学时光。我会在每一次查GPA、GT成绩时忐忑，
在面对ddl时焦虑，在等待offer的日子里压力山大，但这些经历都是丰富且多味的。这些苦中
有乐的经历把我的生活充实起来，回头看来，我也逐渐变成更优秀自律的自己。也非常感谢父母、
导师、GGU一路的陪伴，我们都一步一步地，慢慢变更好吧❤️。
