一、汇付/汇款(Remittance) (一)含义
付款人主动通过银行或其它途径将货款汇交收款人的 支付方式。一般是买方按照合同约定的条件(如收到单据或 货物)和时间,将货款通过银行汇交给卖方。
The transfer of money from one party to another party through banks.
汇出行不是使用电讯,而是使用信汇委托书或支付通知 书,通过邮政航空信件方式寄发给汇入行。汇入行核对 签字或印鉴无误后付款给收款人。
(2)优缺点
优点:费用低廉
缺点:速度慢,收款人收到的时间比较晚。应用不太广
