中小学信息技术教育工作先进个人先进事迹小平阳镇中心小学覃奕令

本人作为一名信息技术教师,进入现代教育技术工作岗位至今已经是第六个年头了。几年以来,我按照新时期教学工作的要求,能从各方面严格要求自己,积极向老教师请教,勤勤恳恳,兢兢业业,使教学工作和现代远程教育工作有计划,有组织,有步骤地开展。在这几年的工作中,使我的教学经验、教学水平等各方面得到了提高。在此,对我的工作简单总结如下:

一、思想政治表现

在政治上拥护中国共产党的领导,积极向党组织靠拢,处处以党员的标准要求自己。在思想上始终坚持全面贯彻国家的教育方针,热爱党的教育事业。坚持实干,全面关心爱护学生,把学生的利益放在首位,舍小家顾大家,对搞好教育教学事业有着开拓进取的精神和矢志不移的信念。热爱现代教育技术工作,并能积极参加各项现代教育技术培训和活动,自觉提高自身现代教育技术的能力。

二、教育教学工作

在教学工作方面,始终担任学校信息技术教学工作。开学初,根据学校要求,认真写好教学计划,提前备好课,写好教案。平时做到周前备课。备课时认真钻研教材,学习好《中小学信息技术课程指导纲要》,力求吃透教材,找准重点、难点。上课时认真讲课,力求抓住重点,突破难点,精讲精练。运用多种教学方法,从学生的实际出发,注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维,课后及时反思,找出不足。

三、电教管理工作

1(我能在教学任务繁重的情况下保质保量的完成学校信息技术设备、电教设备的维护、维修任务。每月对学校现代化教育设备、机房、办公室信息技术设备的卫

2、在现代教育技术的应用、管理、研究方面。我不但注重自己的继续教育,还积极参加了各级培训,努力提高自身信息技术水平。2007年10月份,到南宁参加第九届“英特尔杯”全区中小学信息技术与学科整合观摩展示活动周;2010年12月份到来宾二中参加全区中小学教育教学资源应用培训班暨基于电子白板学科教学观摩活动。

3、在普及和推进区域、学校教育信息化工作,促进信息技术在教育教学过程广泛深入应用方面。2011年6月组织全体教师参加电子白板的使用培训;2012年3月组织全体教师参加天虎教育管理信息系统软件的使用培训。在教研例会上,积极主动推进学校信息化工作进程,也鼓励其他学科教师在平时教学过程中更多的利用现代教育技术进行教学,有问题我尽全力相助,一定程度上促进了学校应用现代教育技术的水平。

4、在学校教育信息化环境建设、资源建设、教学应用、教育管理等方面,本人作为学校的网管员,负责整个校区日常网络的维护,学校所有计算机的管理以及校园广播站系统管理工作。同时协助学校领导做好各种教育管理软件的数据上报。并担任多种教育管理软件的管理工作。具体担任:全国中小学校舍安全信息管理系统管理员;天虎教育管理信息系统管理员;机构编制实名制管理系统管理员; 公共机构能耗统计平台软件管理员; 教育技术装备管理系统管理员。在工作中,本人认真负责,按时按质完成各种教育管理数据的上报,得到领导的好评。

四、业绩方面

在各级各类现代教育技术活动中,本人积极参与,取得了优异的成绩。2007年12月,我参加“农村中小学现代远程教育教学资源应用”课堂教学竞赛中,荣获三等奖;2009年5月,参加全镇举办的小学青年教师“农远”设备应用优质课竞赛

写的两篇论文《浅谈数学教学中多媒体的使用》、《论写作能力的培养》均荣获国家级二等奖。从2007年至今,已辅导多名教师制作课件,参加全镇、区级的各种比赛,应用于教育教学中,并取得了良好的成绩。其中较为突出的有:指导潘彩艳老师在2011年兴宾区小学数学教师说课比赛荣获二等奖。2011年5月,利用课余时间指导黄舒婷、韦富淇参加全国小学生英语竞赛中,荣获二等奖。

本人将本着虚心学习、扎实工作、热心服务的工作原则,为推进我校、我区的现代教育技术工作而继续努力。
