英语教师的职责是，充分利用阅读文本，恰当地运用教学策略，去培养学生读的兴趣，提高学生读的能力。
于是我开始模仿正确的阅读教学模式，借鉴教研活动中所吸收到的好的教学方法，并在自己的课堂上慢慢实践。
一番尝试后，我惊喜得发现，学生其实很愿意和老师互动。

经过两年多的课堂实践，我感觉应该在下面三个方面把好关。
（一）课前。
在阅读课前，我总是会布置预习任务，要求学生运用已有的语音知识拼读生词或者跟读磁带，以此来预热新词汇。
这能给认真预习的学生搭建自我展示的平台。
在课堂上，他们能够较快地发出这些词汇的音，适当给予表扬，鼓励其余学生学习。
此外，我设置相关问题，要求学生能够带着问题去通读阅读文本，帮助他们以更好的状态投入到课堂学习中。
（二）课中。
在课堂上，读前的导入起到承前启后的作用。
我就设计自由讨论活动，选取对话课的内容，并自然延伸到阅读文本生词的呈现。

根据情景、上下文、构词法、句子结构来猜测生词或词组的意思，分析句子结构、理解句子，理顺事件发生顺序，人物行为，预测事件情节发展和可能的结局。

进而培养良好的阅读习惯、阅读策略，形成阅读兴趣，最终提高阅读能力。
通过今天听了三节阅读教学的诊断示范课，谈谈我的认知和想法。
1、教学观念上的问题：在日常教学中，阅读能力的培养对帮助学生获取更多信息、知识，拓展视野，激发学习兴趣，提高人文素养，提高分析、思考能力、判断能力，从而提高学生综合语言运用能力的重要意义。
因而对它的研究不够重视。
2、日常教学中的问题：在阅读教学中，大多数时候把阅读当精读;教学过程就是讲解生词、补充词组、罗列搭配、逐句逐段分析，句子结构、语法等。
有时候把阅读当作课外阅读上，划词组，对对答案。
学生自读后仅了解一下故事情节。
由于教学方法单、陈旧，学生感到乏味，没有阅读兴趣，很能锻炼他们的阅读能力。
3、教学方法上的问题：没有形成一套科学有效、易操作、体现新英语课程标准、体现学生主体作用，激发学生阅读兴趣，促进学生体验参与，形成学生良好的阅读习惯，从而提高学生阅读能力的教学方法。
对英语阅读教学的研究不够、实践不多，忽视了对教学方法的研究。
4、在课程设计上的问题：在中学英语教学中，阅读虽是语言技能的一部分，但学生阅读量和阅读时间得不到保证，阅读仅是体现于课堂教学中的一部分训练。
上课没有明确的教学目标、教学计划。
问题的设置过于单一和简单。
针对以上出现的问题，作为教师，要重新理清思路，加大对阅读理解教学的重视程度。
教师应有目的、有针对性地合理运用已有的课本阅读教学资源组织好阅读教学，在教学中探索科学有效的教学方法，培养学生良好的阅读习惯，提高学生的阅读能力。

孙维华老师是从问题透视、原因分析、整改方策这三个方面来讲述了自己多年来对阅读教学如何更有效、更高效的研究所得，重点是整改方案，分为认识层面和方法层面，核心就是方法层面的讲求实效、学习语言。
新课标指出“英语课程致力于培养学生的语言运用能力”，要在学习目标中把学习语言放在重要的位置上，教学过程中要抓住精彩的语言和灵动的语言，引导学生体会其中的.妙处和背后的情感。
她引用了很多真实、具体的案例进行说明如何引导是更成功、更有效的。
讲座中可以看出她对于学习和积累语言有着重要的作用。
3、学会说课，学会评课。
叶教授强调说课时重点讲述设计思路和理论依据，力求解决“为什么这样教和教得怎么样”的问题，特别要讲讲学情分析和效果预测。
若是课后说课还要谈谈不足之处及改进办法。
关于评课，他认为观摩课免不了表演的痕迹，但应避免留下表演的痕迹。
评课时要更多地关注学生学得怎样，当老师的预设落空时如何处理。
他还特别强调了看老师如何处理文字和图画的关系，他认为多媒体教学只是一种手段，千万不能为了要用多媒体就去用，应根据实际需要，适当使用。
因为太多的图画和视频呈现会给制约学生对语言的理解，也不利于培养学生的想象能力。
常常感叹自己既不会说课，也不会评课，想来还是自己的理论基础较薄弱，不能很好地抓住课中精彩的、成功的方面，真正看出其中的门道。
总之，这次培训学习，使我更深刻地体会到学习的重要性与紧迫感，在以后的教育教学工作中，我会不断学习，不断提升，做一个合格的农村小学英语教师。
