Abstract :The study aims to find out the insecticides w ith high efficacy,low toxicity and long valid

period against Tetranychus truncatus Ehara.The slide - dip method immersion and spray method

were used.The results indicated that w hen the effective component ratio of Abamectin and Spirodi-

clofen was set at 1:9, the mixtures played a synergetic role w ith the co - toxicity coefficient of

148. 56. Abamectin ?spirodiclofen30%SC provided a good effect on Tetranychus truncatus Ehara,

which showed a positive correlation w ith the concentration.The efficacy at8000 times dilutions was

the same as that of spirodiclofen240 g/L at4 000 times dilution w ith a much longer validity period

than abamectin3%AS.Therefore,the recommended dosage of abamectin ?spirodiclofen30%SC

for controlling is set as5 500 ?8 000 times dilutions.

摘要:为了寻找高效、低毒、持效期长的冬枣截形叶螨防治药剂。本研究采用叶螨栽玻 片浸渍法和喷雾法,开展了室内配方筛选试验和田间药效试验。试验结果表明,阿维菌素 和螺螨酯以1 :9混配时,共毒系数为148.56,表现为明显的增效作用;30%阿维菌素?
