6S管理在基层医院新生儿科护理管理中的应用

[摘要]?目的?探讨6S管理在基层医院新生儿科护理管理中的应用及其临床意义，为临床护理管理工作提供参考。方法选取2016年8月～2018年1月于我院住院治疗的110例新生儿为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组55例，其中对照组采取常规护理管理，而观察组则予以6S管理模式指导下的护理干预，比较两组患儿护理效果、家属对护理满意度及对护理质量的评分比较，并作统计学分析。结果观察组护理效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组各项护理质量评分及总评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 6S护理管理模式可显著提升新生儿科护理效果及护理质量，进一步优化护患关系，具有较为重要的临床意义。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application and clinical significance of 6S management in neonatal pediatrics nursing supervision of primary hospitals,and to provide reference for clinical nursing supervision.Methods 110 newborns hospitalized in our hospital from August 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing supervision,while the observation group received nursing intervention under the guidance of 6S management mode.The nursing efficacy,family satisfaction and score of nursing quality of the two groups were compared and made statistical analysis.Results The nursing efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);the nursing satisfaction of children's families of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);the nursing quality scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion 6S nursing management model can significantly improve the nursing efficacy and quality for neonatal nursing,and further optimize the relationship between nurses and patients,which has important clinical significance.

临床治疗疗效与专业、高效的护理密不可分，随着医疗模式的转变，为保证护理质量及护理工作的高效有序进展，选择一种有效的护理管理措施最为关键[1]。传统护理管理由护士长实施，分工不明确，工作效率低下，严重制约护理人员的合理分工[2-3]。6S管理模式最早来源于日本企业管理，是一种对人、事、物进行现场管理的方法，其主要目的是保持工作环境整洁、提高工作效率、提高人员基本素养及合理优化人员分工等，伴随着社会的发展进步，6S管理广泛运用于其他行业中并取得了较好效果[4-5]。医疗服务本质上属于一种服务性行业，且不同于其他服务业，医疗服务面对的直接是身份

特殊的人群，任何一个细小的疏忽或失误将有可能关系到患儿健康甚至生命[6-7]。本研究以我院新生儿科病例资源为研究对象，旨在探讨6S管理模式在基层医院新生儿科护理管理中的作用，为临床疾病治疗提供一定依据，现报道如下。

1?资料与方法

1.1?一般资料

选取2016年3月～2018年1月于我院新生儿科接受治疗的新生儿患儿的临床资料。纳入标准：（1）患儿年龄＜28d；（2）患儿均为首次发病；（3）患儿入院前未接受相关药物治疗。排除标准：（1）伴有先天性疾病者；（2）并发严重心、脑、肺等疾病
