口腔溃疡精神心理因素分析

【摘要】目的探讨口腔溃疡主要发病诱因及性别分布情况。方法对我科自2003—2011年8年间收治的458例口腔溃疡患者进行临床分析。结果除创伤性外，口腔溃疡病患者女性多于男性，其诱发原因主要为精神心理因素。结论口腔溃疡的病因多为综合因素引起，除创伤性直接因素引起以外，虽与遗传、微生物感染、消化道功能紊乱有关，但病因仍不明确，而通过临床分析，女性患者占多数比例。这除了与女性的生理心理方面有关外，进一步联系到病史得出，多有精神心理等方面原因，而占少数比例的男性患者也不例外。%Objective To investigate the major inducement oral ulcers and gender distribution. Methods Clinical analysis of our department since 8 years 2003-2011, 458 patients were treated in patients with oral ulcers. Results In addition to the traumatic oral ulcers in patients with more women than men, induced mainly due to psychological factors. Conclusion The etiology of oral ulcers are mostly caused by a combination of factors, in addition to directly caused by traumatic, with genetic, microbial infections, gastrointestinal dysfunction related.
