Gmail少用,服务器不稳定,163、126、新浪、搜狐更免了吧!这类邮箱地址很容易被国外客人的邮件服务器辨别为垃圾邮箱,还没有等到客人收到你的回盘信息,客人的服务器已经将你所发送的邮件直接退回或者删除,客人自然不会回复给你,因为他根本就不曾收到邮件!2)第一封邮件最好不要带附件。
如图片、报价单之类(只针对阿里询盘,自主开发的客户回复你的开发信的情况下是没有关系的),容易被识别成垃圾邮件。
也不要长篇大论公司实力,规模(这种回复的邮件太多),记住第一封邮件的目的是:先联系上客户并能收到回复即可。
如果第一封邮件确实必须有附件,那么发过之后请记得隔天打个电话跟进一下。
问问他有没有收到,如果没有,你把附件去掉,并且最好换个邮箱给客户重新发一次邮件。
这样做能避免报价单发出去石沉大海,其实有时候是客人没收到。
3)利用邮件客户端的定时发送。
这样可以确保在客户上班之前一小时前递送。
4)发送邮件,尽量避免使用容易被默认为垃圾邮件的标题。
5)发送的邮件密度也非常重要。
如果密度过高,很有可能被认为是骚扰或者垃圾邮箱而将你加入黑名单。
最好的邮件密度为:第1天-第2天-第5天-第13天-第25天- 之后每隔1个月。
很多业务员认为,一旦收到询盘就马上回复,认为及时尽早的回复,客人一定会对此满意并回复!如果现在正是客户上班的时间,那么这么做是对的。
争取在收到询盘后尽快了解客户的基本情况,半小时内给予回复。
回复的第一封邮件先不要报价,但是内容也不能太空洞,要有合作的诚意但是也要带着目的回复(尽可能多的了解客户,问题不能太多)。

”这样既表示你已经重视了他的问题,又不耽误事!只要客户肯加你为好友,那么你就有机会跟他进一步交谈。
这样机会更大一层。

一、邮件标题,标题是最重要的部分,因为给的是客户的第一直接印象,如果你的标题不能吸引住客户继续浏览,那你的内容再精彩也是无功而返。
1.邮件标题只能是客户求购的产品名称,而不要加其它的任何多余语言,这样,客户打开你邮件的可能性一般可达到100%;例如公司的产品专业生产吉他,那就写Specialties guitar.二,当客户打开你的邮件来看,那就等于你成功了一半,邮件的开头,就是你邮件的龙头,也是下一步的重点问题。
1.开头语简洁带过证明你是专业而老练的商人,可立即拉近与客户的距离,而对商人来说过多的寒喧实在是多余;如果是节假日,就可以多加一句问候语。
我们中应该有不少人喜欢一开始就写上从什么地方得知该客户的,这个在我们学校的外贸函电中范文也是这样,个人意见,一般情况下最好不用提,客户在那里发布过求购信息,客户自己知道,多说就变成了多余,不过,如果是使用类似环球资源那些平台转发给你的外商询盘,顺带上一句话也无妨;2,开头语言特别忌讳主动过多介绍自己的产品,这样会给客户带来了一种推销的感觉,留个客户的第一感觉就不好,因为事实上,没有几个客户会有耐心来阅读你的长篇介绍的,简单介绍一下反而会给客户一种很专业的印象;那么,“过多”的标准是什么呢?个人认为,介绍性语言一般不要超过两句!三.简洁开头后,你必须立即转入正题,即报价,这可是关键中的关键,要在这里多下点功夫。
客户最关心的无非是产品规格与价格而已,你如不能提供客户想要的东西,客户回你干吗?立即进入报价,证明你是专业做该行的,你是有诚意、实实在在想做生意的,毕竟大家的时间都很宝贵,都不想浪费时间,特别是欧美商人更是如此;有人说,客户询盘中规格说的不全,无法报价,事实上,没有那个外商会在询盘中一次就把要求说完的,你可试探性报,报几款大概相关的产品,报错了没关系,这只是证明你是专业的、是专业生产该产品的,如所报的规格与客户所要的不符,客户一般会很快回复你并详细告诉你他所需产品的具体要求的;有人总喜欢第一次联系客户时就问东问西的,有些国家的客户(如印度、韩国)可能会耐心回你,但对大多数欧美客商(如美国)来说,他们一般是不会回复该类邮件的;特别强调:所做的报价必须是实价,必须与现有的市场行情相吻合,价太低,客户就觉得你不是做该行,不会理你;价太高也会吓跑客户,客户也不会回你,所以,切勿乱报价,应了解清楚了、多比较后再报,对新产品、对外贸公司来说这点尤其重要;四.一些常规的注意事项1.第一次联系客户时,除非客户在询盘中提出,最好不要主动附上图片,以免被删或被国外反垃圾邮件软件拦截;2.与客户第一次联系最好用HOTMAIL邮箱,或在邮件中另附上你的HOTMAIL邮箱,因为垃圾邮件泛滥的原因,中国越来越多的邮件服务器被国外打入黑名单,你发的邮件可能最终进不了客户的邮箱,或客户回你的邮件你也收不到,这种情况已越来越严重,而用HOTMAIL邮箱一般不会有这方面的问题;总而言之,我们联系客户的目的无非是为了争取成交,双方共赢,也许你在邮件中多花点心思,就将收到意外的惊喜。

3来往邮件中尽量使语言更具专业性和针对性,让客人相信你是老手。
4考虑到开发新客人的周期,不要一味想着让客户给你下订单,而是应该先交朋友、交换信息,倾听客户的意见。
5做外贸的人越来越多,特别要注意培养服务客户的意识并经常学习,给自己充电。

是价格问题还是临时发生改变? 客户是中间商,还在等最终客户的确认?还是其它问题?然后根据情况做一些措施看能否挽回这一张订单。
