MQ4035门机技术规格书S.1.0 供货范围40t-35m门座式起重机1台(供电电压AC380V), 能使用吊钩、抓斗、集装箱自动吊具作业,本合同为交钥匙工程,包括:1、门座式起重机1台(配一套40吨吊钩、一套集装箱自动吊具),包括起重机的设计、制造、运输、安装、现场油漆修补、调试和试车验收;2、锚定装置、顶升装置、防风系缆装置的基础金属结构件;3、相应备品和配件,随机工具和附件,随机资料、竣工图纸、试车用品及相应的技术服务。

S.2.0 起重机概述该起重机为安装轨道上,水平变幅式,能正、反旋转360°,吊钩、抓斗、集装箱自动吊具三用(暂不配抓斗),四连杆起重臂系统的门座式起重机(以下简称门机),具有起升、变幅、旋转、行走四大机构,主要用于件杂货、散货、集装箱自动吊具的装卸船作业。

旋转支承装置为三排滚柱回转轴承。

S.3.0 标准和规范门机的设计、制造、安装和调试、试车,均应符合以下标准和规范的最新版本。

MD500-57X7技术规格书技术规格书一、基本要求:1、物资名称:主排水泵房设备2、数量:3套二、工程概况、使用条件及基础数据1、工程概况本矿井口标高为:+1170 m(绝对标高),井下主排水泵房水平标高为:900 m(绝对标高)。

井下主排水泵房需安装3台MD500-57×7矿用排水泵。

(其中正常涌水时,1台工作,1台备用,1台检修),配10kV,900kW,1480r/min防爆电动机。

敷设φ219mm无缝钢管2趟, 敷设φ324mm无缝钢管1趟,φ324mm无缝钢管工作,φ219mm 两趟备用,将井下涌水经管子道、行人井敷设的管路排至地面井下水处理站。

水泵房环形管路是φ324mm无缝钢管。

管路长度约900m。

2、环境条件:水质:中性,水容重:1050kg/m33、应提出所供设备对环境、温度、湿度(长时间、短时间)以及灰尘、通风、防静电等特殊要求。

三、规范及标准:设备的设计和制造应符合国家及部颁有关标准。

投标商所提供的设备及功能应满足国家《煤矿安全规程》的有关规定。

四、技术要求:(一)水泵1、主水泵运行性能:流量Q(m3/h):500总扬程H(m):399必需汽蚀余量NPSHR(m): 不大于4.4转速r/min: 1480效率:80%2、该排水系统采用真空泵组抽空吸水系统。

3、结构特征:要求泵效率高,汽蚀性能好,选材优良,运行平稳可靠。

1)水泵制造厂家的投标书应附水泵特性曲线。

2)水泵为卧式结构。

3)水泵的轴承为SKF滚动轴承。

5)水泵及电机底座(包括地脚螺栓),由供货厂家配套。

水泵厂家需协调好与电机厂家的联轴器的相关尺寸。

6)水泵噪声、震动符合国家标准。

7)设备的制造设计应符合国家的有关标准。

并具有防爆合格证;煤矿安全标志;产品合格证及相关证件。

8)水泵厂家必须保证新管道时工况点处水泵电机功率有10%以上的富裕量,以保证在各种运转情况下能可靠工作。

(二)主电机10kV,800kW,转速1480r/min YB2系列防爆电动机,冷却方式:自扇冷。

Drive the machine to the appointed disposal area.2. Ensure that the machine is off and the user key (51) has been removed.3. Lift the cover (34) and check that the recovery tank (33) is empty; if not, empty it using the drain hose (12).4. Close the cover (19).5. Grasp the handle (16) and carefully lift the tank (33).6. Unscrew the cap (A, Fig. 15) from the detergent tank (B).7. Remove the tank.8. Rinse and wash out the tank with clean water in the appointed disposal area.9. Replace the detergent tank (B) as shown in the figure, then refit the plug (A).10. 本规定包括了采购者(买方)对柴油发电机组的设计、材料、制造、检验、试验、包装和文件的最低要求。

1.2 定义本技术规格书用到的名称定义如下:项目:XXXXXXX业主:XXXX 设计:XXXXXXX 供货商:是指按照本技术规格书的要求为业主设计、制造、提供成套设备的公司或厂家。

分包商:负责设计和制造分包合同所规定设备的公司或厂家。

成套设备:供货商供货范围内的完整的设备。

技术规格书:业主和设计提供的完整的技术规定,包括所附的数据单和附图等。

1.3 供货商责任(卖方)柴油发电机组的设计、材料、制造、检验及测试应为供货商特定的排他性责任, 供货商应遵守本询价书中包括的所有文件要求和良好的工程惯例。

供货商不应使用假设代替买方未提供的信息,供货商应从买方获得必要的信息。

供货商因缺少信息而提出的索赔是不能被接受的。

对于与本询价书要求不同,但实质上可为买方节约资金的设备或附件,供货商可作为一项选择内容将其列出。

这类选择内容应在供货商报价中单独列出且单独报价。

柴油发电机组应是符合本询价书要求的供货商的标准设计,并采用高质量的材料和一流的制作工艺。

附件应为能从市场上买得到的标准配件。

为了满足规定的条件和要求,在任何情况下,与本询价书所要求的内容保持一致而无偏差提出并不意味着免除供货商在该询价书范围之外所应承担的责任。

供货商应该在整个工作范围内执行基于ISO 9001:2000 标准(或与之相当的标准)的质量管理体系。

供货商应允许买方或者其授权代表对供货商的工厂进行访问、检查、监督。

供货商应该向买方证明其安全管理系统和环保管理系统符合相关法律。
