折叠式集装箱
说明书折叠式集装箱所属技术领域本实用新型涉及集装箱，特别是涉及一种可折叠的集装箱。
背景技术集装箱在货物运输领域中的应用越来越广泛，其可以通过车辆、轮船、飞机等各种交通工具来运输。
传统的集装箱大多采用固定结构，因此在运输和堆存时，空载的集装箱（空箱）需要占用和载货的集装箱（重箱）相同的体积空间，因此传统集装箱的空箱运输会极大浪费运输和堆存成本。
发明内容为了解决这个问题，现己开发出一种可以在空载时折叠的集装箱。
公开了一种可折叠集装箱，包括：底架、顶板、两个侧板、前端板以及后端板。
其中每个侧板包括通过双轴铰链铰接到一起的上半部和下半部，该上半部和下半部还分别通过一单轴铰链铰接到顶板和底架。
前、后端板的底部分别铰接到底架，而它们的顶部分别可分离地连接到顶板。
通常，集装箱的门设置在后端板上。
在折叠时，先将前、后端板向箱内转动，同时顶板随之下降。
折叠后，侧板的下半部放置到前、后端板上，而上半部分叠置于下半部之上，同时顶板放置到侧板的上半部之上，从而减小了集裴箱的整体体积。
集装箱在堆码和运输过程中，经常会禁受到各种外力作用。
这种现有的可折叠集装箱在组立后，其所受到的外力特别是施加到侧板上的外力会传递给各个铰链。
然而铰链的承载能力往往达不到传统集装箱的受力要求，因此容易造成铰链变形甚至失效。
这一方面会造成侧板无法正常折叠或组立；另一方面，更为严重地是，会影响可折叠集装箱在组立后的运输安全性。
实用新型内容本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种可折叠集装箱，以解决上述现有技术中提到的一个或多个问题。
实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种可折叠集装箱，包括：底架；顶板，与所述底架相对地置于该底架的上方；两个侧板，每个侧板包括一上半部和一下半部，各侧板的上半部可翻转地连接到所述顶板的一侧，而各侧板的下半部可翻转地连接到所述底架的一侧；前端板，可翻转地连接到所述底架的一端；以及后端板，可翻转地连接到所述底架的另一端。
所述可折叠集装箱还包括至少两个对接结构，每个对接结构包括：可彼此脱开的上接合部和下接合部、以及设置在所述上、下接合部之间的至少一个可弯折的连接件，用以限制所述上、下接合部之间脱开的距离。
其中所述上接合部具有第一吏承面，而所述下接合部具有与该第一支承面相对应的第二支承面。
每个侧板的上、下半部之间通过一个对接结构相连接，其中侧板的上半部固定有该对接结构的上接合部，而下半部固定有该对接结构的下接合部。
进一步地，所述顶板和每个侧板的上半部之间也通过一个所述对接结构可脱开地相连接，其中所述顶板上固定有该对接结构的上接合部，而所述侧板的上半部上固定有该对接结构的下接合部。
进一步地，每个侧板的下半部和所述底架之间也通过一个所述对接结构可脱开地相连接，其中所述侧板的下半部上固定有该对接结构的上接合部，而所述底架上固定有对接结构的下接合部。
进一步地，所述连接件的一端固定到所述对接结构的上、下接合部中的一个上；所述对接结构的上、下接合部中的另一个上设有一通孔，所述连接件穿过该通孔，并且所述连接件的另一端上固定有不能通过该通孔的限位件。
进一步地，所述对接结构的上、下接合部中的所述另一个上还固定有一导向元件，所述导向元件上设有一适合于所述连接件穿过的通道以及至少一个导槽，所诉通道与所述至少一个导槽相连通；所述限位件为从所述连接件突出并限定在所述至少一个导槽中的至少一个突出部。
可选地，所述连接件包括多个彼此铰接的滑块。
可选地，所述连接件包括挠性的连接板。
可选地，所述连接件包括挠性的绳，所述限位件系缚到所述绳的端部。
进一步地，所述上接合部还包括设置在其沿横向方向的侧面的至少一个第一隈位面；所述下接合部还包括与所述至少一个第一限位面相配合的至少一个第二限位面。
进一步地，所述上、下接合部中的一个为凸接合部，而另一个为与所述凸接合部相对应的凹接合部。
进一步地，每个侧板的两端侧分别设置有一个角立柱，每个角立柱包括可脱开的上半段和下半段，其中上半段固定到对应侧板的上半部，而下半段固定到对应侧板的下半部。
进一步地，所述前端板与位于所述两个侧板的前端侧的两个角立柱可拆卸地相连；所述后端板与位于所述两个侧板的后端侧的两个角立柱可拆卸地相连。
进一步地，所述顶板的顶面开设有适合于与叉车的叉齿相配合的叉槽。
进一步地，所述后端板设置有门。
进一步地，所述可折叠集装箱还包括用于在其组立后将所述对接结构的上、下接合部相互锁紧的锁紧装置。
根据本实用新型的可折叠集装箱能够在空载时进行折叠，从而减小了空箱的运输体积。
此外，本实用新型通过对接结构和连接件的设置，避免了用于折叠的连接件承受外力载荷，从而提高了连接件的使用寿命。
同时，上下接合部之间的接触配合相比于传统的铰接配合具有更高的承载能力，从而提高了集装箱组立后的疆度和刚度。
根据本实用新型的折叠方法易于操作。

具体实施方式下面，通过示例性的实施例对本实用新型进行具体描述。
然而应当理解，在没有进一步叙述的情况下，在一个实施例中描述的元件、结构和特征也可以有益地结合到其它实施例中。
图l示出了根据本实用新型一实施方式的可折叠集装箱10，其包括底架II、顶板12、两个侧板13、以及彼此相对的前端板14和后端板15。
顶板12与底架II相对地置于底架II的上方。
每个侧板13包括上半部131和下半部132，其中上半部131可翻转地连接到板12的一侧，而下半部132可翻转地连接到底架II的一侧。
前端板14和后端板15分别可翻转地连接到底架II的两端，例如通过铰接、滑动连接等方式。
优选地，前端板14和后端板15还分别与顶板12以及两个侧板13可拆卸地相连。
通常，后端板15上设有门，以便于在集装箱10处于组立状态时向箱内装卸货物。
每个侧板13的两端侧还分别设置有一个角立柱17。
每个角立柱17包括可脱开的上半段171和下半段172，其中上半段171固定到对应侧板的上半部131，而下半段172固定到对应侧板的下半部132。
从而，前端板14与位于两个侧板13的前端侧的两个角立柱17可拆卸地相连；而后端板15与位于两个侧板13的后端侧的两个角立柱17可拆卸地相连。
如图5A-5C所示，裉据本实用新型一优选实施例，每个侧板13的上、下半部之间可通过一对接结构20可脱开地相连。
对接结构20包括可彼此脱开的上接合部21和下接合部22、以及至少一个可弯折的连接件23。
连接件23设置在上、下接合部之间，用于限制上接合部21和下接合部22脱开的距离。
上接合部21和下接合部22优选地沿可折叠集装箱10的纵向方向延伸设置。
侧板上半部131上固定有上接合部21，而侧板下半部132上固定有下接合部22，这样当集装箱组立后上接合部21位于下接合部22之上，并且连接件23限制了侧板上、下半部之间可脱开的距离D1如图6所示，上接合部21可为一凹接合部，而下结合部22可为一凸结合部。
具体来说，上接合部21具有一基部212和分别位于该基部212两侧的两个侧部213，从而基部212的内表面214和两个侧部213的内侧面215包围形成一凹部211。
侧部213还具有大致平行于基部内表面214的端面216。
对应地，下接合部22具有一基部222以及从基部222突出的凸部221，与凹部211相对应。
凸部221具有一端面224以及位于端面224两侧的两个侧面225。
基部222还包括从凸部221的两侧向外延伸的两个延伸部223，延伸部223具有与该凸部221位于同一边的表面226。
由此，上接合部21的面214和／或面216构成了第一支承面；而下接合部22的面224和／或面226构成了第二支承面。
同时，上接合部21的两个面215构成了两个第一限位面；而下接合部22的两个面225构成了两个第二限位面。
当集装箱10处于组立状态时，第一和第二支承面接触配合，从而将上支承部21支承在下支承部22之上。
同时，两个第一限位面分别与两个第二限位面相配合，以限制上、下接合部21、22沿横向（即垂直于恻板平面的方向）双方向上的相对运动。
优选地，当集装箱10组立后，可通过例如螺栓一螺母等的锁紧装置将上、下接合部相互锁定，以避免它们意外分离。
如图7A-7C所示，连接件23的第一端231可固定到上接合部21上，例如焊接固定上接合部21中的孔218中。
下接合部22上设有一通孔228，连接件23可滑动地穿过通孔228，并且其第二端232上固定有不能通过该通孔228的限位件233。
由此，便通过连接件23的长度限制了上、下接合部21、22可脱开的距离，如图7B所示。
适当设置连接件23的结构和长度，使得当上、下接合部21、22脱开时侧板的上半部131和下半部132可相对转动并相互贴合，从而实现侧板13的折叠，如图7C和5C所示。
可选地，也可将连接件23的第二端232固定到下接合部22，同时在上接合部21上设置供该连接件23滑动穿过的孔(例如孔218)，并在第一端213上固定限位件233。
在本实施例中，连接件23由多节铰链构成。
具体来说，连接件可包括多个彼此铰接的滑块，例如三个滑块234、235和236。
其中滑块234焊接固定到上接合部21，而滑块236上固定有限位件233，滑块235通过两个铰轴237和238与滑块234和236相铰接。
当侧板折叠后，如图7C所示，上、下接合部21、22相对转动大约180度。
此时滑块234和236大致平行，并与滑块235构成大致U型形状。
值得注意的是，当集装箱10处于组立状态时，侧板13所受到的垂直方向力由对接结构20的相互贴合的第一和第二支承面来承受，而侧板13所受到的横向方向力由对接结构20的第一和第二限位面来承受；而用于实现折叠功能的可弯折连接件23基本上不承受外力。

这类集装箱有可以自卸的，也有用压缩空气卸。
(2).罐装集装箱主要用于运输液体货物，如酒类、牛奶、蜂蜜、化学品、糖浆等。
也可用来运输压缩气体。
(3).冷藏集装箱主要用于运输易腐货物，如肉类、鱼类、蛋品、蔬菜、水果等。
货物装于箱内可保持一定的温度。
(4).牲畜集装箱这是用于装运牲畜、家禽等货物。
箱内有良好的通风设备及喂养设备。
2.集装箱按大小分大型箱：凡装载量在20t以上的大型箱(如20英尺箱、40英尺箱)。
小型箱：凡装载量在5t以下的为小型箱(如

集装箱发展历程与概述
集装箱发展历程痛点期在集装箱未大量使用前，运输的货物都是装进麻袋或编织袋、纸盒、木箱等。
先在码头上将一箱箱或一袋袋的货物搬进一个大钢丝网兜中，用岸上的吊杆或船上的吊杆吊进船舱内，再由守候在舱底的装卸工人把它们一一搬出网兜，整齐地摆放在船舱内。
与集装箱运输相比，这种原始装卸方式的缺点是显而易见的：1、耗时长；2、货物不易清点；3、货损货差大；朦胧期而在集装箱出现后，货运变得如此便宜而便捷。
集装箱的出现，加速国际贸易乃至世界经济运行的效率，大大推进全球经济一体化进程，最终改变了全人类的生活。
那么集装箱是怎么发明的呢？早在19世纪初，英国的安德森博士就提出了集装箱运输的设想。
1814年，英国人乔治·斯蒂芬森为奇林沃兹煤矿制成第一台“皮靴”号蒸汽机车，可牵引8节敞口运煤车厢，载重30吨，时速6.4公里。
这种敞口车厢以方木做框架，木条做围板，顶上无盖，样式与当时的马车拖车类似。
此后出现带门窗的封闭式客车车厢。
1845年，英国铁路上开始出现全封闭的货运车厢，箱体采用铁木结构。
到19世纪下半叶，英国兰开夏郡出现一种带有活动框架的铁路托盘，用来运输棉纱和棉布，俗称“兰开夏托盘”，这可以看作是集装箱的雏形。
成型期由于铁路、公路、航海运输之间竞争导致的相互割裂，集装箱运输曾经一度难以有效衔接，发展极为缓慢。
直到美国人提出集装箱运输应该实行“海陆联运”，才真正开始了现代意义上的集装箱运输，其优势也开始展现。
这个人就是现代集装箱运输之父——美国人马尔科姆•麦克莱恩。
1956年，由马克林收购的泛大西洋轮船公司在一艘未经改装的船上载了58个大型集装箱，从纽约驶往休斯敦，首开“海上集装箱运输”的先河。
首次运输便取得了令人兴奋的成功，每吨货物的装卸成本从5.83美元降低到0.15美元。
1960年，该公司更名为“海陆联运公司”。
1965年，海陆联运公司制定了大型集装箱船环航世界的计划。
从此，海上集装箱运输成了国际贸易中通用的运输方式，许多大的航运公司纷纷仿效海陆联运公司的做法。

冷藏集装箱（reefer container）分外置和内置式两种。

开顶集装箱（open top container）没有刚性箱顶的集装箱，但有由可折叠式或可折式顶梁支撑的帆布、塑料布或涂塑布制成的顶篷，其他构件与通用集装箱类似。
这种集装箱适于装载大型货物和重货，如钢铁、木材，特别是像玻璃板等易碎的重货，利用吊车从顶部吊入箱内不易损坏，而且也便于在箱内固定。
保温集装箱（insulated container）箱内有隔热层，箱顶又有能调节角度的进出风口，可利用外界空气和风向来调节箱内温度，紧闭时能在一定时间内不受外界气温影响。
适宜装运对温湿度敏感的货物。
框架集装箱（flat rack container）没有箱顶和侧壁，甚至连端壁也去掉，而只有底板和四个角柱的集装箱。
这种集装箱可以从前后、左右及上方进行装卸作业，适合装载长大件和重货件，如重型机械、钢材、钢管、木材、钢锭等。
