示范教案 Unit 2 I used to be afraid of the dark. Self check

教学目标 1.熟练运用used to造句。 2.掌握本单元所学生词。 3.熟练运用used to...句型描写人的变化。 教学重点 1.复习巩固所学单词及短语。 2.掌握used to...句型的用法, 能用used to...句型描写过去的情况。 教学难点 1.运用本单元所学过的单词及短语造句。 2.根据所给图画, 用used to..., but...描写自己现在与过去的不同。 教学过程 Step 1:Revision 让学生运用used to描写过去常常做的事情, 并操练used to...的疑问句和否定句等。 Step 2:Self check 1 (1)让一位学生大声朗读这些单词及词组, 然后叫学生单独完成填空练习, 提醒他们同时注意时态和语态, 人称与数的变化。 核对答案:1.am afraid of 2.worry about 3.have to 4.miss 5.used to 然后让学生大声朗读这五个句子。 (2)让学生用这五个单词及词组口头造句。 (3)教师可为学生提供本单元的一些单词和词组, 如:used to, be terrified of, go to sleep, death, himself等, 让学生用这些单词或词组造句, 进一步加强对学生的单词运用能力的训练。教师可为学生提供一些帮助。如: The student is terrified of English exams.= The student is afraid of English exams. (4)让学生总结此类题型的做题方法及应注意的问题, 如词性的变化、时态、语态的运用。 Step 3:Self check 2 (1)问学生: What can you see in the picture?Can you find out the differences between every two pictures?Please discuss them and make some sentences. 让学生看图画, 说出图画的不同点。分组讨论并用一些句子对图画进行描述, 要运用 used to...句型。 (2)小组讨论并描述这些图片, 每位小组成员至少提供两个句子。两分钟后, 叫学生把刚才所讨论的内容写下来, 完成本文。另外, 要求学生一定要运用used to...句型进行描写。教师可给学生提供一些帮助。如: It seems that Yu Mei has changed a lot.She used to be short when she was younger, but now she is taller.She used to have long hair, but now she has short hair.She used to be quiet, but now she is outgoing...
