Commercial Contract
Party A: [name of the company], with its registered office at [address], represented by [name and position of the representative].
Party B: [name of the company], with its registered office at [address], represented by [name and position of the representative].
Hereinafter referred to as "the Parties".
1. Purpose of the Contract
Party A agrees to provide [services/ goods] to Party B and Party B agrees to purchase [services/ goods] from Party A.
2. Obligations of Party A
Party A shall provide [services/ goods] in accordance with this Contract and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Obligations of Party B
Party B shall pay for the [services/ goods] provided by Party A in accordance with the terms set out in this Contract.
4. Payment
Party B shall pay for the [services/ goods] provided by Party A within [number of days] after receipt of the invoice. The payment shall be made by [payment method].
5. Liability and Damages
If either Party breaches this Contract, it shall be liable for any damages incurred by the other Party as a result of the breach.
