我负责代班的五年六班的安哲同学是个爱挑理的孩子,在英语课上经常由于气氛热烈而没有轮到发言或没有先提问他而耍小性子,因为他从南门回家我与他有了充分交流的时机,在田老师的配合下优秀的小安哲变得豁达了。
还有我曾带过的四年八班的一个女孩把我每周五帮他们拿背不动的书包和下雨天把好路让给他们走等这样的小事写进了日记。
当王珊老师兴致勃勃的把这件事告诉我后我美了好多天,同时我也深刻的意识到,无论是班主任还是科任,我们的一言一行都要做学生效仿的典范,一些不起眼的小事,足以让孩子对我们刮目相看,博得爱戴。
因此在以后的日子里我更加注重自己的师表形象,课下动和学生用英语打招呼,做学生的大姐姐;大课间我和学生欢声笑语玩在一起;上下班的公汽上我总是给老人让座,我觉察我的学生也这样做;过马路的时候我主动拉起学生的小手,我发现我与他们再没有距离。
因为作为学生的典范,引路人,我时刻铭记--从我做起,从小事做起,从今天做起!我要以自身良好的师德形象带动更多的具有高素质人的诞生,培养学生现代人具有的素养,使学生"获得爱、懂得爱、学会爱。
"三、教学相长,修筑自身专业开展之路教师是个幸福的职业",因为我们每天都在被孩子们的爱包围着,每天都在爱与被爱中感动着。
这样的爱使得我们不好意思无知下去,松懈下去。
因此,在学校提倡的"五个一"校本培训中,在实践中,不断学习和提高,努力提升自己的专业素质。
在过去一年中我研读了从刘丽校长那里借来的《苏霍姆林斯基给教师的100条建议》和《教师职业道德标准》两本书,精心把心得上传到我的个人博客里。
并通过对上学期的屡次业务讲座和科任教师教学大奖赛后的两节示范课学习,使我通过比照找出了自身的瑕疵与差距。
我还和本组同事认真学习了课件制作并浏览了很多网络里的优秀课例,从中吸取精华并运用到课堂教学中。
从而提高了自身教育教学水平,促进了个人专业化成长。
一年来,我深深体会到,在我们某某小学这个和谐的大家庭里,人人都有我要学习的闪光点,只我要用心去学去做,就会得到丰厚的回报。
然而由于我学识尚浅、能力有限,还有很多方面不能做到尽善尽美,也曾屡次因为思想开小差、心胸不够开阔而被校领导严厉批评。
每一次挨批后我都经历着辗转难眠、深刻检讨、反思求进到豁然开朗的过程。
我知道我就像一棵小树,领导和同事们是在精心的为我修剪枝杈助我长成参天大树。
,并时时刻刻鼓励着我做人力求真善美,德行高尚方为师。
因此在这里我要感谢过去一年中学校领导对我的关心和培养,感谢同事们的支持与鼓励,让我体会到工作是一个享受快乐的过程,让我懂得了人生就需要不断攀登。

篇3:英语教师师德师风演讲稿记得还是在师大念大学的时候,天天听着、看着师大校训"学高为师,身正为范",我就下定决心要以此为目标,做一个受孩子爱戴的好老师。
两年前,我从学前教育院校毕业,踌躇满志地从大学校门里走出来,满怀信心地踏进了这满是孩子们的天堂。
有人说儿童是一本书虽然要读懂这本书并非易事,但要成为一位出色的教师就必须去读它,并且打算读一辈子。
有人说,儿童是花木,教师是园丁,园丁悉心照料着花木,但需要尊重它们自然地成长。
实际上,儿童比花木要复杂的多,教师的工作比园丁的工作也复杂的多,尽管他们拥有着共同或共通的规律。
然而,社会的开展和人性本身的弱点使我的物欲不断膨胀。
不断膨胀的物欲必然带来心理的不平衡,必然带来精神的空虚,物质和精神的落差迫使我不得不承受痛苦的折磨,而且是长期的,挥之不去的。
我为自己在黑夜的漫漫无际中看不见一丝阳光而苦恼,我为自己无心再单纯地对待每一张渴望知识的脸庞而羞愧。
当我看到仍然有数不尽的教师们无怨无悔,像春蚕、像蜡烛,用自己的青春和生命来保卫这个职业的圣洁时,我如梦初醒。
他们用自己的行动,用自己生命的痕迹鼓励着我们这些后来人,这些同行们,让我们由不情愿到情愿,由情愿到全身心地热爱这个工作。
因为,生命的意义远不止于功利。
"人吃饭是为了活着,但活着绝不是为了吃饭"。
生活中许多微小中藏有博大,短暂中孕育永恒。

两年的风风雨雨酸甜苦辣,为人师者的种种滋味尝遍过后,我愈来愈感觉到,自己离不开这个职业,这个职业也需要我。
古代大教育家孔子呕心沥血,以教为重的精神教育着我;现代伟大教育家陶行知先生从教几十年,始终安于"粉笔生涯"的献身精神、鞠躬尽瘁的高尚情怀鼓励着我,增强了我热爱教育事业的信念。
