1气控基础原理Festo 公司讲习班专用课本前言气动技术由风动技术及液压技术演变、发展而成为独立的技术门类不到50年,却已经充分显示出它在自动化领域中强大的生命力,成为二十世纪应用最广、发展最快,也最易被接受及重视的技术之一。

工业如机械、电子、钢铁、运行车辆及其制造、橡胶、纺织、轻工、化工、食品、包装、印刷、烟草等领域中,气动技术已成为不可缺少的基本部分。

不可忽视的是,如同电气、电子由工业应用发展到广泛的家用一样,气动不仅在尖端技术领域如核工业或宇航中取得地位,而且也开始进入农林、园艺、楼宇自动化等范畴。

完全可以想象,类同”家用电器”,将来会出现”家用气动”这样的名词,为人们熟知。

气动技术有几个主要的历史发展阶段。

至50年代初,大多数元件从液压元件改造或演变过来,体积很大。

60年代,开始构成工业控制系统,自成体系,不再与风动技术相提并论。

在70年代,由于与电子技术的结合应用,在自动化控制领域得到广泛的推广。

80年代则是集成化、微型化的时代。

我们现在处于90年代末,世纪转换的时期,气动技术突破了传统的死区,经历着飞跃性的发展。

1997年制造的换向阀与1961年相比较,在相同流量及功能的前提下,体积仅为前者的7%。

10mm宽的阀(功耗0.5~1W)已被普遍采用。

人们克服了阀的物理尺寸局限,制造了第一个无壁厚的电磁换向阀(Festo公司CP阀岛)。

真空技术日趋完美,一个真空阀体中集成了过滤、真空产生、真空释放、真空保持、压力开关等功能,可取代过去由真空泵、真空阀、压力继电器所组成的庞大回路。

重复精度小于0.01mm的模块化气动机械手,5mm/s低速平稳运行及17m/s高速运动的不同气缸相继问世。

在与计算机、电气、传感、通讯等技术相结合的基础上产生了智能气动这一概念(气动比例与伺服、智能阀岛、模块化机械手)。

气动伺服定位技术可使气缸在高速运动3m/s情况下实现任意点自动定位。

智能阀岛十分理想地解决了整个自动生产线的分散与集中控制问题。

5安全5.1安全注意事项–本装置在规定的运行条件下可应用于爆炸性气体环境 1 区和 2 区以及爆炸性粉尘环境 21 区和 22 区。

–只能在潜在爆炸性区域以外执行所有作业。

–本产品不能用于其它流体。

–本产品不能用作弹簧和缓冲元件。

可能出现不允许的负载。

5.2按规定使用直线驱动器按规定用于运输负载和传递作用力。

6调试带静电零件释放电荷时可能产生可燃火星。

•采取适当的安装和清洁措施防止静电的产生。

•将本设备纳入系统的电位补偿中。

一些活塞杆附件和紧固件允许摆动的气缸旋转运动和翻转运动。

此时可能出现不允许的发热。

•不要将活塞杆附件和紧固件用作圆周速度为 ³1 m/s 的径向滑动轴承。

剧烈产生电荷的工艺可能使金属表面上的非导电层和覆盖层带电。

逸出的废气可扬起堆积的粉尘并形成可能发生爆炸的粉尘环境。

压缩空气内的气溶胶可以引起静电。

应用的点火保护类型:c(结构安全)–请注意产品标签。

使用终端位置缓冲 PPV 时:–调整缓冲器,使活塞杆能够可靠地到达终端位置,且不会发生严重碰撞/反冲。

典型气缸的结构特点及工作原理
单作用气缸(弹簧压出/弹簧压回) 单作用气缸在缸盖一端气口输入压缩空气使活塞杆伸出(或缩回),而另一端靠弹簧、自重或其它外力等
使活塞杆恢复到初始位置。
单作用气缸只在动作方向需要压缩空气,故可节 约一半压缩空气。主要用在夹紧、退料、阻挡、压入、 举起和进给等操作上。
