1、为什么选择读博？为什么工作三年之后才读博？你跟应届生有哪些优劣势？
1）不喜欢按部就班，一眼望到老的工作，喜欢不确定性，喜欢探索不确定的事物，做实验是一件美好的事情。想提升自己，为自己的未来多争取点自主选择权，而不是被选择。
2）读博一直是我人生规划中的一个目标，刚毕业时候，由于种种原因，我选择了先稳定下来，为了不脱离科研环境，又可以锻炼实验操作水平，我选择来到了xxx工作，通过这三年的工作让我更加认识到我需要进一步系统地学习来提高自己，于是我选择了申请博士。

创业公司和上市公司，年轻的新PI可以提供给我创业初期的各种经验，可能还处于科研一线，可以手把手地亲自各类技能方法，若能把创业公司做成上市公司，将是对自己能力的最大证明。
5、为什么选择这个研究方向读博？
其实我觉得，选方向蛮重要，但是更重要的是坚持该方向的研究。科研是有时间期限的，热点一波一波。选择刚出现的方向，使得大家都站在一个起跑线上，相对公平。研究空间也比较大，可做的东西多。而且需要阅读的论文数量也相对少。
6、你博士期间有哪些规划？
第一年第一学期完成专业课的学习，并为实验研究做准备，掌握国内外最新知识与研究动向，积极的把自己的科研方向与最新知识有机结合，寻找创新点。第二年开始，在实验研究中总结分析资料，及时与导师沟通，并不断调整自己的实验进程、验证自己试验路线的科学性。并把自己的研究结果准备向SCI期刊投稿发表，不断掌握查新的专业动向。准备论文答辩，毕业后看情况而定，博后或工作。

人体细胞内发现DNA四螺旋结构
2018年4月23日，澳大利亚Garvan医学研究所的研究人员在Nature Chemistry上在线发表题为“I-motif DNA structures are formed in the nuclei of human cells”的研究论文，研究人员首次在活细胞内确认了一种新的DNA结构：i-motif。它是DNA，但却不是我们熟知的双螺旋结构,这个发现将会颠覆人们对DNA结构的从新审视。1953年，沃森和克里克首次揭开DNA的双螺旋结构，而这种结构以及深入人心，被编辑在各种生物学的教科书中，奉为圭臬。然而，科学家们相信已知DNA短片段可以以其他形式存在，同时他们也怀疑怀疑这些不同的形状可能在DNA代码被读取的时间和方式上扮演着重要的角色。

I feel my PhD project can open up new lines of inquiry for one field and I want to use it as the foundation for a fruitful research career. I want to be an academic.

If I meet some difficult problems ,I could insult my tutor and search related professiona literatures to solve them. Confidence is very important and we should believe in ourselves.

I’ve always been interested in discovering how things work. I had the chance to do some original research on my masters and that’s inspired me to take up the challenge of a PhD.
